Grow up in Christ by Nina Keegan

GROW UP IN THE SPIRIT OF GOD...
God wants us to mature in Him..  we are all His children.. and like all parents God watches us grow up, He wants us to mature in Him!

In Hebrews 6:1
It says "so let us stop going over the basic teachings about Christ again and again... let us go on instead and become mature in our understanding, surely we do not need to start again with fundamental importance of repenting of evil deeds and placing our faith in God...
In verse three it says .."and so, God willing, we will move forward to further understanding..."
I pray daily that great would be my understanding of all things of God... When we read His word let's ask God to show us great and mighty things through His word that he wants us to know ...things that we do not yet know that we need to overcome all evil!

While Jesus was here on earth, He set about doing God's work..He offered prayers,Did great healing's ..comforted the hurting.. and he had a deep reverence for God. God heard his prayers and because of this deep reverence and love , Jesus walked in the  supernatural power of his Father.

As Jesus is in the world  ...so are we! 1 John 4:17

In order for us to grow from infant Christians to mature Christians, we must learn discernment. We must have a great reverence and believe in the power of the Holy Spirit in us. We must train ourselves, our senses, our mind and our body to distinguish good from evil. We must learn to recognize any evil and any temptation before it traps us.

Life as a Christian is a process the Bible talks about starting off as babies on milk and eventually growing into solid food ...the mighty Word of God and it's fullness in all truth .
Too often we want God's full banquet before we are spiritually and thoroughly capable fully digesting it.

Mature Christians should be digesting the word and acting it out, be a doer of the word. We must understand and know that we can and should be walking in the supernatural and doing the things Jesus died for us to be able to do.
We can receive the anointing through salvation and through understanding what's ours in the word of God and claim these promises to heal the sick... to receive the fullness of all joy and peace… To be set free from every besetting sin and stronghold of addiction.

As Christians we should be walking in the demonstration of God's power ... and we should be living examples of his perfect will for us!

In Hebrews 6 verse 18 it says that God has given both his promise and his oath it says that God BOUND himself to this oath ...that means it is unchangeable!
And when we BIND ourselves TO GOD , then we too can be immovable and unshakable in Him. we too can be BOUND TO THAT SAME OATH!

God is the ANCHOR of our souls..

This hope that we have in him is strong and trustworthy...
Because that's who HE is..strong and trustworthy! God's oath is as good as his name! God's name is as good as his divine nature..!

Let's pray for strength and for maturity in Him..Let us Bind ourselves to the word of God and pray for a great understanding of the mysteries of his will for our lives. Let's seek the promised abundance of his perfect truth, let's let the word of God Pierce our hearts and our souls as we step out in supernatural faith to glorify God in all we do!!!

Do not be a Christian in name only. Make sure your life bears great fruit. God is very just and he never forgets or overlooks our hard work when we seek him first and glorify his name in all we do!

May you be abundantly blessed!

Hebrews 5:11-14NLT

A Call to Spiritual Growth

11 There is much more we would like to say about this, but it is difficult to explain, especially since you are spiritually dull and don’t seem to listen. 12 You have been believers so long now that you ought to be teaching others. Instead, you need someone to teach you again the basic things about God’s word.[a] You are like babies who need milk and cannot eat solid food. 13 For someone who lives on milk is still an infant and doesn’t know how to do what is right. 14 Solid food is for those who are mature, who through training have the skill to recognize the difference between right and wrong.

Hebrews 6:1-3New Living Translation (NLT)

So let us stop going over the basic teachings about Christ again and again. Let us go on instead and become mature in our understanding. Surely we don’t need to start again with the fundamental importance of repenting from evil deeds[a]and placing our faith in God. You don’t need further instruction about baptisms, the laying on of hands, the resurrection of the dead, and eternal judgment. And so, God willing, we will move forward to further understanding.

Hebrews 7:17

God also BOUND  himself with an oath so that those who receive the promise could be perfectly sure that he would never change his mind

AT HOME WITH MARY AND MARTHA..by Nina Keegan

At the Home of Martha and Mary

38 As Jesus and his disciples were on their way, he came to a village where a woman named Martha opened her home to him.39 She had a sister called Mary, who sat at the Lord’s feet listening to what he said.40 But Martha was distracted by all the preparations that had to be made. She came to him and asked, “Lord, don’t you care that my sister has left me to do the work by myself? Tell her to help me!”

41 “Martha, Martha,” the Lord answered, “you are worried and upset about many things, 42 but few things are needed—or indeed only one.[a] Mary has chosen what is better, and it will not be taken away from her.”
Luke 10:38-42

I love this story in the Bible of Mary and Martha..  2 siblings who no doubt have their  normal rivalries and unique gifts and of course complaints about one another.. What two siblings have not had these fault finding  issues from time to time?

MARTHA WAS SO CAUGHT UP IN HER "work" in preparing for a dinner at her home for JESUS.. can you imagine if Jesus came to your house to eat a meal? that's a high level stressor for sure... Or is it?
What would Jesus want?
Would Jesus expect there to be a perfectly clean house, an elegantly set table, a gourmet meal of the finest cuisine?

No certainly not.. Jesus loved to just be with his friends, he loved to teach them and show them how much their Father in heaven loves them.. He was more concerned about the people gathered at the home for dinner than the dinner itself. He loves and cares about the hearts and souls of his sweet friends.

He calls us friend..
John 15:15

Mary sat his feet trying to soak up every bit of Jesus' knowledgeable and loving teachings. She simply longed to spend time in the presence of the Lord. Nothing was more important to her than seeking him , being in his presence..

By contrast Martha thought because she was doing something in the name of ministry..  trying to impress Jesus, that she was just in her complaining of Mary's lack of help in the preparations.

HOW MANY TIMES DO WE LET A "GOOD" THING GET IN THE WAY OF THE "GREATEST"THING?

We are not human doings we are human beings and yes sometimes we let the good things (even working in ministry or volunteering etc.) get in the way of the greatest thing who is "JESUS" by doing a lot of good things we can miss out on the greatest thing as we can get too bogged down even though the good things are for the Lord. We must seek Him first .. We need to rest in him.. If not .. It's all like chasing the wind..

The enemy comes to wear out the saints.. Daniel 7:25

What am I saying? Well there is a balance in everything.. We cannot not let the most important things slide because we are too busy doing what we think is a good thing.. Nothing will ever be better or mean more to God than us just spending time with Him.. This has to be first..

WE MUST ALWAYS MAKE TIME FOR GOD.. PUT HIM FIRST ALWAYS AND THEN WE SHALL HAVE ALL OTHER THINGS..

LET US RESPOND TO THE MIRACLE OF JUST BEING ABLE TO KNOW GOD!!

Is that not the most amazing blessing? Think about that for a minute .. Let that thought rule in your heart.. We get to really know God!

I'm sure that later when Martha was looking back at the situation, she wondered how much she had missed out on by not getting to spend as much time just sitting with Jesus... letting him talk to her and bless her, I wondered if she had wished she wouldn't have worked so hard,
I wonder if she realized how unimportant it was to have everything so perfect…
I wonder how long she stayed angry with her sister.. Allowing strife into her life..

God has never called us to be perfect in our actions and deeds.. he is so gracious and merciful, he just calls us to love him, to choose him and to put him first in all things!

God redeems the time, when we spend time with God suddenly everything else we have to do becomes an easier yoke, our burden becomes lighter because God can take care of those things for us and cause us to get more done in less time.. There's an efficiency in things when we spend time with God first because we've prioritized our time …Our day can go much smoother when we we've soaked first and foremost in the precious presence of Jesus

God bless you all!!

Matthew 6:33But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.

Psalm 90:12
So teach us to number our days, That we may present to You a heart of wisdom.

I said in my heart, "God shall judge the righteous and the wicked, For there is a time there for every purpose and for every work."Ecclesiastes 3: 17(NKJV)

John 15:15
I no longer call you servants, because a servant does not know his master's business. Instead, I have called you friends, for everything that I learned from my Father I have made known to you.

Answered Prayer By Nina Keegan

There is a new way to pray...
SIMPLY TRUST GOD FOR WHAT IS ALREADY YOURS ACCORDING TO THE WORD OF GOD!!

I have been thinking a lot about prayer. I believe that God wants us to be bold in our prayers and take authority in him, through him and for him. Intercession is not trying to get God to do something... it's all about taking our authority that was bought for us by the precious blood of Jesus Christ. Jesus already died for us to have all things in Him!! IT'S ALL ABOUT JESUS! We must die to self, die to the flesh.. We can NEVER earn salvation.. We can have peace freedom, divine health, financial security and household salvation by coming into an agreement with what the blood has already purchased for us.

We are not beggars, but believers! we must believe that Jesus did it all already!  We must stand in Christ because we are able to do exceedingly abundantly more than we could ever ask or think according to the POWER that is at work in us (EPH 3:20)

We must believe  in order to receive and if we doubt, we will do without.. we must thank Jesus that He willingly and painstakingly took care of all of our sins AND ALL OF OUR NEEDS and that it's the goodness of God that leads men to repentance (Romans 2:4) not by our own works.. We don't get good to get God, we get God to get good!

Jesus is the only sacrificial lamb ..he is the Lamb of God that took away our sins and the sins of the world forever! We don't have to add to this we don't have to strive for salvation..  There is no godly recipe, holy protocol, or check point list, that defines our salvation or how we get to live our lives in the ultimate flow of blessings. We can merely seek him.. JESUS... ask Jesus into our hearts make him our Lord and Savior and receive the mercy, grace, peace, and salvation that is ALREADY ours through the precious blood of the lamb that was slain.

2 Cor 5:19
Says that we have been reconciled unto God; made friendly and brought back into harmony through the death of Jesus Christ... don't try to make your actions take the place of what Jesus has already done..do not take this upon yourself, there has been an atonement made!  Exercise your authority in Jesus and receive that which he has already died and paid for in blood for you to have!

Pray in agreement with God.. say, "thank you Father that your spirit is moving in this land, I thank you Father that your spirit is moving in my family and on behalf of all of our needs!  I thank you that you go before us as our source of all things!  We praise you father that we overcome evil with good.. And that we love because you have first loved us, thank you for sending your precious Son Jesus to take care of all of our needs, to cleanse us and set us free from sin and death. We thank you Father  that you will pour out your spirit upon us all and fill us with all hope and glory through the blood of Jesus Christ we thank you… In Jesus name we pray! Amen

Get into an agreement with God, declare his will for your life.. line up your requests with God's word and trust him! Declare it for yourself!  Then rest knowing that our yoke is easy and our burden is light... God is eager to bless you.. He sent his Son to prove his love while we were yet sinners... his mercies are new every day ..receive this for your life and for your loved ones, trust that God is at work..
Trust that He has heard your prayer knowing that we can have what the Bible says is already ours by just "amen-ing" God and agreeing with his word! DECLARE IT!

AMEN!!

Amen: An Endorsement of Praise or Prayer

“Amen,” in both Testaments, could be employed as an affirmation of endorsement as a concluding pronouncement in connection with either praise or prayer. Note Psalm 41:13. “Blessed be Jehovah, the God of Israel, From everlasting and to everlasting. Amen, and Amen” (see also: Rom. 11:36).

HOLY DISCONTENT BY Nina Keegan

There is a little island 60 miles off the coast of Honduras..Roatan,  It's a beautiful Island that I have been blessed to have visited many times.
There is a small key that is a short boat ride from Roatan called lil French Key.
This tiny island is guarded by a great reef and is surrounded by the most turquoise of water.
The tiny key is home to a small zoo.

The owners of the zoo have rescued hurt and abused animals from circuses, abusive owners around the world. And have made a sanctuary for them on this beautiful Iskand key where they are loved and greatly cared for.

One of my favorites is a lion named Charlie. Charlie does not know He is a lion. Gentile as a house cat, sweet as a puppy. Before finding his way to the zoo he was declawed, Had just a few teeth left and  was so scrawny and full of mange that he barely resembled "a king of the jungle," He was as good as dead!

His whole life has been spent in captivity . He has no idea of the life a wild lion lives. If He were to be set free now, he would parish. He would not be able to defend himself because he was never allowed to be who he was meant to be. He lives a life defined by the size of his cage.

How many of us have out grown our cages and are not living the lives we were born to live? Do you feel trapped like there is a whole world out there and you are missing out? This is what I like to call a holy discontent. Might this be the Holy Spirit prompting you to step out and live your life on purpose for Christ?

Jesus came to set the captives free.

What's keeping you confined from living your best life? What is paralyzing you from stepping outside of the four walls our your comfort zone? Is it a fear of failure or of the unknown? Perhaps it's an overflow of self -disqualification.

The longer we stay in the confinement of the strong holds that hold us back, the more we will become a limited and bound creature of habit. A victim of the status -quo. The enemy comes to steal kill and destroy.

He steals our strength, joy, peace and our future, he destroys our confidence and robs us of the victorious, supernatural life that God's word says we should be living!

Let God take you to it and ultimately through it. Jesus came that we would have power, love and a sound mind.

We are called to be fearless warriors and  mighty ambassadors for Christ.
Make a decision today to go back and investigate the secret desire of your heart, that seemingly intangible thing you shelved long ago. Those very things you cast aside as utter impossibilities. Nothing is impossible through Christ who enables, stretches, strengthens, and qualifies. Look fear in the eye, interrogate it, fight the good fight of faith. Your best life awaits!

Be determined to step out in faith today!!
Your victory rests in God alone not your own abilities. He's got you and he will never let the righteous fall!

RUN WITH ENDURANCE.. By Nina Keegan

LORD HELP US TO RUN THE RACE WITH ENDURANCE..Did you know that we all have an Eternal prize that we are in training for? It is like we get to do spiritual Olympics knowing that one day we will win that race! the Bible says in 1 Corinthians 9:25-26 to run, to get the Prize!  Run with purpose  and endurance in every step and that we shouldn't just be shadowboxing.. which is basically fighting the air!   We should discipline ourselves like an athlete in training for the finish line. We should be training to finish God's great commission, fulfilling His will and promises.
WE NEED TO BE ALERT TO DOING ONLY WHAT GOD IS ASKING OF US and not what our flesh wants to do. We don't want to be disqualified, we must practice what we preach.  Christ is our rock we must build a foundation on him as one body.. there is strength in numbers.. 2 standing together in agreement can send 10,000 to flight.
We must never give up, We must look to Jesus with all diligence, we must be vigilant, persevere, and be persistent!

The Christian life was never promised to be an easy life instead the apostle Paul constantly reminds us that we must have a purpose and a plan( the Word)  because difficult times arise and Satan will try to attack but we never persevere without the promise of a prize.. and that is the promise that God will keep!

Everlasting life in Eternity in heaven with Jesus!
We must forget the past, press on to reach the end of the race!
Pray for endurance so we can make it through the tough times as a soldier of the Lord. We don't want to get tied up in worldly affairs having to repeat the same trek around the mountain.
We must follow the laws, and rules as an athlete must do in order to win, work hard!  and we will enjoy the fruits of our labor.. we must be strong in knowing that we can do all things in Christ who gives us strength.. (Phil 4:13)

We can have Grace even if our faith is challenged.. we must press on to possess that perfection for which Christ has given us through his death on the cross!
God is doing a great work, keep moving ..Do not grow weary in well doing..there is a prize and it is the most amazing and best prize we could ever win!
ETERNITY WITH JESUS!

God bless you all.. Let's pray..
Father we praise you today! We thank you for your word and We thank you that today you are blessing everyone who reads this, that you are taking them to new levels in you as we are your servants and doers of your word. I thank you God  that we are blessed to be a blessing and that you would give each one of us a divine appointment today..put us in your plan, we want to be obedient and available to you now..I pray your favor shines upon the readers today Lord and that they walk in favor, peace, victory, health, prosperity and the supernatural joy that comes through a relationship with you! in Jesus name I pray amen!

1 Cor 9: 23-27

23 I do all this for the sake of the gospel, that I may share in its blessings.
The Need for Self-Discipline
24 Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one gets the prize? Run in such a way as to get the prize.25 Everyone who competes in the games goes into strict training. They do it to get a crown that will not last, but we do it to get a crown that will last forever. 26Therefore I do not run like someone running aimlessly; I do not fight like a boxer beating the air. 27 No, I strike a blow to my body and make it my slave so that after I have preached to others, I myself will not be disqualified for the prize.

There is Power in Unity.. By Nina Keegan

A HOUSE DIVIDED CAN NOT STAND!
WE MUST NOT ALLOW STRIFE IN THE DOOR!
Today I wanted to write about unity.. God has been showing me so much about how important it is to stay unified and to keep strife and division out of our homes, our lives.

There is a spirit of strife just like there is the spirit of peace and we must not let our guards down and invite in this destructive spirit. When we say hurtful things, when it is more important for us to be right no matter who gets hurt in the process, then we give strife an open door!
We have invited evil into our home.
The Bible says give no place to the enemy..that means strife just can't walk in...it's got to be invited in.
MARK 3:25 says a home filled with strife and division destroys itself.

One disagreement can destroy a lifelong friendship.. that is strife doing what it does best. It baits you, "come on in,argue pick up offenses", it takes a mature person to overlook an offense...know when to say,"no I'm not going to take this bait I'm going to stay in peace."

When you're mature in the Lord you can have the ability to apologize even when you know you're right, be the bigger person and walk away from an argument... Ask God to help you.. take a pause and cool off.. do not let your guard down by inviting in anger,bitterness....stop saying hurtful things even when the flesh is hurting. When the flesh wins, the enemy wins.. One more trip around the mountain..

The Bible says one can send 1,000 to flight, Two 10,000.. This refers to demons.. By standing TOGETHER IN PRAYER, this means you're 10 times more powerful in succeeding, your 10 times more able to win the battle against an attack of the enemy. You can be so blessed when you stay unified..

The Bible says Blessed are the peacemakers, it doesn't say blessed are those who think they are right.

Many times we think we can change people and that our arguments, our gripes and complaints are going to change them.  To the contrary, It only puts them on the defense and the mud slinging starts a viscous cycle of discord and division.
Only God can change people it's easier to walk away, be the example and pray for God to do a work in them.

So stop trying to operate in the power of one, receive 10 times the blessing by staying  unified.

The Bible says when two or more gather that we shall have what we ask. Agree in prayer, THERE IS POWER IN NUMBERS.

Ask God how you can change yourself because we can overcome evil with good.
God rewards the one who takes the first step, the one who will extend the olive branch.
 Do not let pride in!
Do not let pride and a haughtiness stop us from receiving blessings.
 Be a peacemaker!
Matthew 5 says to "maintain peace."
It's much easier to maintain peace than it is to overcome  a huge argument. Go the extra mile.. The power of agreement will protect you from unnecessary trouble and discord.

Proverbs 20 says avoiding a fight is a mark of honor.

You may win the fight but you might've lost the war and what price will you pay for that?
The Bible goes on to say that only a fool loves to argue... Let's start doing things God's way!
Let's let God fight our battles for us , remember a house divided will not stand!
There is so much power in positivity, there's power in peace!

The Bible says where there is unity there is a commanded blessing on your life!

 Isn't  that amazing?
By taking the high road and being the mature one, walking away from arguments  and doing your part to maintain a unified front, God commands blessings to come into your life.

So stay unified and stay in victory.. do not pick up offenses!
Forgiveness is a gift that you give yourself..and with that you will bless your whole household! Stay in peace ..God blesses the peacemakers hallelujah!

Philippians 2:1-3 So if there is any encouragement in Christ, any comfort from love, any participation in the Spirit, any affection and sympathy, complete my joy by being of the same mind, having the same love, being in full accord and of one mind. Do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves.

Colossians 3:14 And above all these put on love, which binds everything together in perfect harmony.

1 John 4:12 No one has ever seen God; if we love one another, God abides in us and his love is perfected in us.

Psalms 133:1  Behold, how good and pleasant it is when brothers

Ephesians 4:3 eager to maintain the unity of the Spirit

Romans 12:16 Live in harmony with one another. Do not be haughty, but associate with the lowly. Never be wise in your own sight.

1 Corinthians 1:10 I appeal to you, brothers, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that all of you agree, and that there be no divisions among you, but that you be united in the same mind and the same judgment.

God Is Eager To Bless Us...By Nina Keegan

In reading Haggai 2:18-20 I came across this scripture..
Concerning the rebuilding of the Lords Temple...

"Think carefully I am giving you a promise now while the seed is still in the barn. You have not yet harvested your grain, and your grape vines, fig trees, pomegranates, and olive trees have not yet produced their crops. But from this day on word I will bless you!"

After the people had started to relay the foundation of the temple God blessed them immediately. He did not wait for the project to be completed...  the very minute we take a few steps of obedience in the right direction to do what God wants us to do,  He sends his encouragement and his approval.. God is so eager to bless us!... Even while our seed is still in the barn!

So much of our abilities to be blessed depends on our obedience to what the Lord is calling us to do. We can't keep asking God to order our steps and put us in his plan if were too lazy to move or if were being too disobedient to change the things God is asking us to change.
If we want to be blessed we need to lay down the sins that beset us, where are we continually being disobedient?

What is blocking your blessing? Where are you continually having to travel around the mountain time and again? Is it through grumbling, faultfinding, complaining, perhaps it's a bad attitude, gossip, or it's perpetual negativity and never believing anything good will happen to you. Is it your" this is just my lot in life"attitude that keeps you cemented to the floor and not being able to move on God's precious path for your life…?

God has made a promise to us..the Bible says we are to be blessed beyond measure while our seed is still in the barn,  but we are the one that has to open the barn doors and walk out into the sunshine and let the seed be planted. Gods asking us to amen Him and obey Him!

God wants you to be encouraged, He wants to prosper you, bless you and restore you.  Repentance  and obedience can help you clean up any areas in your life that God is calling on you to change.  Be decisive and determined in taking these steps to
getting yourself right with God.

God will surely open the doors of blessing for us but if we insist on harboring wrong attitudes and sins and are willfully disobeying God, we will not see any personal growth..

Holy living will come only when we are empowered by God's Holy Spirit, we will see change when we acknowledge to God that we have sinned and are in need of change. We cannot change what we will not willfully lay down! Only God can wipe away our sins and make us shiny, empty, new, vessels to be filled and overflowing with the blessings of the Lord. Seek His help, ask Him to help you rid your self of sin and disobedience.

God wants our priorities to be right. He wants to motivate us to obey Him. Let's remember to give God a higher place of honor than our own personal comfort.  Through true repentance, praise and worship we can give him all glory!
He does promise to strengthen us and to guide us when we give Him first place in our life!

God bless you all!

 Scriptures:
He that observeth the wind shall not sow; and he that regardeth the clouds shall not reap. As thou knowest not what is the way of the spirit, nor how the bones do grow in the womb of her that is with child: even so thou knowest not the works of God who maketh all. In the morning sow thy seed, and in the evening withhold not thine hand: for thou knowest not whether shall prosper, either this or that, or whether they both shall be alike good. (Ecclesiastes 11:4-6)

God’s Desire for You to Prosper
God wants to use you to build His kingdom, His house! In Exodus 12:13, it was no accident that God gave the wealth of the Egyptians to the children of Israel. He wanted them to build His tabernacle in the wilderness.

God’s Abundance for Those Who Build His Kingdom
Prosperity is the result of a decision we make to build God’s kingdom, His work. Only as we make that decision will God prosper us. In fact, greed will destroy prosperity: “So are the ways of every one that is greedy of gain; which taketh away the life of the owners thereof” (Proverbs 1:19). Greed destroys prosperity!

Psalm 35:27 says:

“Let them shout for joy, and be glad, that favour my righteous cause: yea, let them say continually, Let the Lord be magnified, which hath pleasure in the prosperity of his servant.”

Psalm 84:11

“For the Lord God is a Sun and Shield; the Lord bestows [present] grace and favor and [future] glory (honor, splendor, and heavenly bliss)! No good thing will He withhold from those who walk uprightly.”

Psalm 115:14

“May the Lord give you increase more and more, you and your children.

Spring Cleaning by Nina Keegan

I recently and with great caution opened the door to my storage closet with the best of intentions to do my,"spring cleaning" I took one look inside at the cardboard boxes, bags of who knows what, a plethora of abandoned "tchotchkes" of every fathomable persuasion, you know, the things I haven't even seen in a couple years, all that 'stuff' I couldn't possibly live without, "sigh". Overwhelmingly I declared, "This is not happening today!" So, I promptly closed the door and declared my spring cleaning officially finished!

Out of site, out of mind!
We tend to stuff things away that we think we need to hold on to, " just in case!" We essentially become bogged down with weighty, old inventory. We stuff it all in there, we cram it down until alas the door can finally close it all off to the world. We never have to face it again until we perhaps grab hold, once again to the guilt laden, spring cleaning self talk!
Our minds are so much like those over stuffed messy closets.
What do we stuff away in those closets deep in our thoughts? What is crammed in weighing down our our hearts, emotions, our souls?
There is so much abandoned but not forgotten junk we should not be holding on to in those dusty corners of our mind. They are often over flowing with pain, deep hurt, un-forgiveness, regret, guilt, and bitterness. Or perhaps your closet is lined with approval addiction, fear of punishment, fear of failure, self disqualification, trauma, grief and loss.

Pain is the place where we can always meet authentically with God. He knows where you are who has hurt you and why and He is never surprised by what's in your closet. We cannot hide anything from God.

Enough is enough! It is time to clean house and let everything go. It is time to make God your priority over your pain. The Bible says we are to have and enjoy our lives every day no matter what's going on. We can still experience joy with Jesus regardless of our circumstances.

God wants to meet you right there, in your closet. God wants to be the light in the darkness and restore you on every level.

2 Cor 4:6

For God, who said, “Let there be light in the darkness,” has made this light shine in our hearts so we could know the glory of God that is seen in the face of Jesus Christ.

What have you endured for the sake of peace?  What have you stuffed down because the process of letting go and healing can be so painful?

Pain brings up what's really at the core of who we are. It pushes us past faking things for the sake of avoiding conflict.

When we are face to face with the pain, which bin will we finally place it in?

Sometimes it is easier to hang on to the hurt by stuffing it down and closing it off then it is to actually let it go by trusting it all to Jesus?

It's time to let loose and let go of your obligation of pretending everything is OK!

It's OK to clear out your fear of disappointment. There is nothing more universal than this, but God is in charge!  He is on the throne and it is God's mission to help you clean up, clear out, and declutter your life.

He wants you to be a spotless, wiped clean, empty vessel, ready to be filled with His glorious power and purpose for your life.

2 Timothy 2:21

Therefore if anyone cleanses himself from these things, he will be a vessel for honor, sanctified, useful to the Master, prepared for every good work.

All we have to do is seek Him, "God where are you in this?"

He's is never not where you are!

Even through the pain God is always good. He is always working out a testimony in us that ultimately brings us confidence in who He is! Being in the war with God( bringing Him into our mess), gives us a clear path to His promise of restoration.

This makes it abundantly clear that our victory is always from God, not from ourselves.

It is time to get real with God whereby we confidently learn of His credibility as we experience His fullness in the trenches.

Go into your closet, meet God there! It's finally time for some spring cleaning! God is waiting for you!

Matthew 6:6

But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.

Know who you are in Christ.. By Nina Keegan

DO NOT BE DECEIVED! KNOW WHO YOUR GLORIOUS FATHER IN HEAVEN IS..JESUS DID NOT HAVE AN IDENTITY CRISIS.. HE WENT STRAIGHT TO THE FATHER AND PRAYED..

No matter what is going on in the world, we must believe that regardless of the difficulties we face, the church can rest assured that Christ has not ever moved from His exalted seat. He has full power and authority.. He holds His Sword in His hand and He is fighting for us. The Gospel will prevail.
The blood of Jesus is still speaking at it always will..

It's time to start praying against deception, the Bible tells us that in the last days we would be greatly deceived..you were born for times like these, you are here for a reason!

There is no time to ride the fence and be double minded. We must get on board with the Revival that God is stirring up in each of us, the world is a mess right now, we must decide if we are going to accommodate the world and what's happening in it or we can refuse to compromise our beliefs and our behaviors and live in absolute the assuredness of following the word of God.
Every word in the Bible is God breathed and is alive and well it is our blueprint, it is the promise.. we must get on board.
The enemy comes to steal kill and destroy but Jesus came that we might have life and have it to the full..He has sent us the Holy Spirit and those who do not compromise will experience a great victory and empowering strength of the spirit without limits. Beyond anything that our generation has ever known will we see God's glory rain down in revival if we do not grow weary in well doing.
So many strong Christians are being deceived by others, even fellow Christians saying shouldn't we be more tolerant of other faiths?..shouldn't we be tolerant of other's beliefs?  shouldn't we all just try to love one another for our differences..to each his own...we back off and we have failed to declare the truth.. we fail to witness and be a doer of the Word, we fail to preach the Gospel in its truth.. Yes we are called to Love everyone ... It's a commandment..we are to love as God loves, even our enemies..but not for their differences..
The truth sets people free.. Love them and tell them the Truth.. It's not God's will that any man should perish.

The enemy loves tolerance because tolerance doesn't spread the Gospel, tolerance backs away, tolerance is afraid of conflict, tolerance is non-controversial.
When we walk in truth spreading Gods Word, God will make ways, the seeds are being planted.
God can reach anyone..He is God; but we are his army and we are called forth to witness, to tell the truth and to deliver God's message of salvation and eternal life with Him.

Tolerance is such a buzzword that the enemy uses for deception ..the Word of God is very clear about the one and only way for us to receive eternal salvation.. so we ALL must be clear on that..there is no pushing the envelope, there is no deciding, "well I don't think God thinks this way or that way", or "don't you think if they're a good person regardless of whether or not they are a believer that they will get to heaven?"

We don't get to change God's mind or rewrite the Bible inserting our own thoughts believing we can do a better job than God did... God's Word is very specific for a reason ..so that there is a line that absolutely cannot be crossed it's simple, we either believe or we don't!

Look, this is not open for debate... The Bible is very clear and it says that in the end times even Christians will FALL AWAY.. They will perish! ... Yes Christians... Many are deceived by thinking they can live in sin and keep asking for forgiveness with no harm done! That is a huge misconception. Every action has a consequence even if the consequences are not immediate.. I guarantee you our sins do not go unnoticed we must repent and turn away from our sins!

we must get a strong knowledge of the WORD and stand! TRUST and believe in it! Defend it! Be a doer of the Word...There is no compromise.. get off the fence, decide what you're going to believe... do it now before it's too late!

Meditate and declare this promise to God...

I will not compromise with the words and the actions and the deception of this world ..Lord help us to be bold for you. Help us to put away all fears and anxieties so that we might fully receive the manifested presence of the Holy Spirit of God in full operation in our lives
In Jesus Name
Amen!

Rev 2:13

13 “I know that you live in the city where Satan has his throne, yet you have remained loyal to me. You refused to deny me even when Antipas, my faithful witness, was martyred among you there in Satan’s city.

Rev2:14-16

14 “But I have a few complaints against you. You tolerate some among you whose teaching is like that of Balaam, who showed Balak how to trip up the people of Israel. He taught them to sin by eating food offered to idols and by committing sexual sin. 15 In a similar way, you have some Nicolaitans among you who follow the same teaching. 16 Repent of your sin, or I will come to you suddenly and fight against them with the sword of my mouth.

Acts 3:19
Repent, then, and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped out, that times of refreshing may come from the Lord,

Isaiah 51:6-9
6 Look up to the skies above,
and gaze down on the earth below.
For the skies will disappear like smoke,
and the earth will wear out like a piece of clothing.
The people of the earth will die like flies,
    but my salvation lasts forever.
My righteous rule will never end!
7 “Listen to me, you who know right from wrong,
you who cherish my law in your hearts.
Do not be afraid of people’s scorn,
    nor fear their insults.
8 For the moth will devour them as it devours clothing.
The worm will eat at them as it eats wool.
But my righteousness will last forever.
My salvation will continue from generation to generation.”
9 Wake up, wake up, O Lord! Clothe yourself with strength!
    Flex your mighty right arm!
Rouse yourself as in the days of old
when you slew Egypt, the dragon of the Nile.[a]
