TAKE A STAND BY NINA KEEGAN

NO MORE SITUATIONAL ETHICS!  No more doing what YOU KNOW IS WRONG
because of some convenience, or because it fits some narrative, or it is what someone else wants to hear!  Do you fall for peer pressure… Do you worry about being persecuted for your beliefs..?

7. Acts 18:9 And the Lord said to Paul in the night by a vision, “Do not be afraid any longer, but go on speaking and do not be silent.”

8. 1 Corinthians 16:13 Be alert, stand firm in the faith, act like a man, be strong.

Have no fear of man! It’s a snare! Whether it’s right or wrong! Even doing the right things with the wrong motives profits you nothing.. God looks at our hearts...
Do what’s true and moral no matter the cost..

DON’T HAVE A RELATIVE STANDARD OF MORALITY..

Commit to follow God, and always lead with the best of your ability in uncompromising  integrity to do what GOD’S WORD,  not the fallen society would have you do!
TAKE A STAND!
You are called!
BE A PERSON AFTER GOD’S OWN HEART!❤️
Do what is right regardless of what the consequences are, let God be your vindicator!
Trying to “ keep the peace,” to avoid getting stomped on by someone who isn’t following Jesus , is compromising your peace for a false peace that is ultimately making you a subject for manipulation and control!  Stand up for yourself- don’t feed a divisive spirit, rebuke it! We can always answer with kindness and love… We can express what Jesus would do in that situation and what the word of God says… We do not have to fight or argue… But saying nothing and doing nothing is not always the best idea…. When we feed into manipulation and control, it grows… Tolerance is not always a good thing if it goes against your principles and what God would have you do in that situation!
We must contend for the things of God.. saying nothing, is actually saying everything, doing nothing, is actually doing everything..  it is fear of what others think…Never miss an opportunity to witness to others about what Jesus did for us all…
no more doormat mentality… You were meant for bigger and greater things… You are God’s Best, you are fearfully and wonderfully made with a plan and a purpose in Christ… No more backing down! If you can back your stance with the word of God then you have all that you will need..  fighting for you!
Remain in peace, speaking the word of God, remain in love…!Live ,move and have your being like Jesus did on earth… He did not back down and neither will we!

God is a just God and he settles in solve the cases of his people… Don’t miss an opportunity to stand for Him!

He’s calling you to a higher level… Are you going to answer the call..?

1 Samuel 16:7
For man looks at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart

Ephesians 6:10-17
Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places. Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand firm. Stand therefore, having fastened on the belt of truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, ...

Luke 17:3 ESV
Pay attention to yourselves! If your brother sins, rebuke him, and if he repents, forgive him,

Proverbs 25:26 ESV / 132
Like a muddied spring or a polluted fountain is a righteous man who gives way before the wicked.

Galatians 5:1
For freedom Christ has set us free; stand firm therefore, and do not submit again to a yoke of slavery.

Matthew 12:36
I tell you, on the day of judgment people will give account for every careless word they speak

Psalm 1:1-6 ESV
Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the wicked, nor stands in the way of sinners, nor sits in the seat of scoffers; but his delight is in the law of the Lord, and on his law he meditates day and night. He is like a tree planted by streams of water that yields its fruit in its season, and its leaf does not wither. In all that he does, he prospers. The wicked are not so, but are like chaff that the wind drives away. Therefore the wicked will not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous

WE HAVE BEEN GIVEN POWER By Nina Keegan

ARE YOU WALKING IN THE ANOINTING OF THE HOLY SPIRIT..?

ACTS 1:8
But you will receive an anointing,”POWER “when the Holy Spirit comes upon you. And you will be my witnesses, telling people about me everywhere--in Jerusalem, throughout Judea, in Samaria, and to the ends of the earth."

We are in such a need of Jesus… We need his presence and we need the Holy Spirit, just like Jesus needed the Holy Spirit to fulfill his great missions…

If Jesus, being the son of God, was fully reliant upon his anointing from the Holy Spirit, then we should realize through Jesus his behavior our desperate need for the Holy Spirit‘s presence to be upon us
So we are fully able and equipped to do the assignments God has given us.

We must be armed, fully clothed, with the Holy Spirit to have our lives being naturally supernatural...

John 15:5

"Yes, I am the vine; you are the branches. Those who remain in me, and I in them, will produce much fruit. For apart from me you can do nothing.

NOTHING.... We can do absolutely nothing without the full power of the Holy Spirit working in us… So what’s the point? If you don’t have the Holy Spirit living on the inside of you which is an absolute bonus through salvation, then your life will be a constant uphill battle,
You’ll labor in vain… And you will remain in the wilderness never entering the promised land that is so steeped in victory and a pure peace that surpasses all natural understanding.
When you make Jesus your Lord and Savior your life becomes naturally supernatural because the Holy Spirit lives in you… He becomes your guide… It’s where your wisdom, comfort, peace, joy, knowledge, and understanding come from… Your life without the holy sprint will be an endless and aimless search for something that you can only get through salvation... if you don’t have Jesus, if you don’t know Jesus… Then your life will be naturally searching for something continuously… You will search for happiness and everything and everyone and never fully get lasting happiness and your unbridled joy…

Many people find temporary happiness in things or relationships… But is soon as the initial High wears off it’s onto the next thing...

Giving your life to Jesus doesn’t mean your life will be perfect, it doesn’t mean that you will never have turmoil, trials, or suffering… But it does mean that you have someone living inside of you that will lead you, guide you and walk you  and DELIVER through every trial…

Psalm 34:19
Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all.

When we except Jesus as our Lord and Savior the power we received is an annoying thing we don’t qualify our lives as Christians through education, through Ligeon city, through laws, or position, we qualify ourselves as ambassadors of Christ through an anointing that’s placed upon us as gods army. What place does training or equipping have in seeing God‘s purpose is fulfilled through us… Without the Holy Spirit we will never walk in power and we will never be able to do the greater things Jesus promised we would do when he went to be with his father...

John 14:12
"I tell you the truth, anyone who believes in me will do the same works I have done, and even GREATER works, because I am going to be with the Father.

Are you walking in the anointing you have as a child of the most high God? Have you given your life fully over to make Jesus your Lord and Savior? If you haven’t yet done that, call on the name of JESUS and be saved… Give your whole heart and soul over to the Lord Jesus and make him Lord of your life… Begin to walk in the blessings, the power, and  in the anointing as you become a witness for Jesus!

Your life will no longer be your own… Your thoughts will be the thoughts of Heaven...

Isaiah 55:8-9
“For my thoughts are not your thoughts, nor are your ways my ways, says the Lord. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts then your thoughts.”

It’s time to seek a relationship with Jesus, follow the anointing and to walk in the power that belongs to us through salvation with Jesus Christ,… We are to live move and have our being in him .. it’s time to let go of the religion, the rules, the checklist and the “must do’s”..
It’s time that our lives become naturally supernatural as we become witnesses on this earth of the supernatural power of a relationship with Jesus Christ… Let your life be an example as to what it means to really be a Christian… Let Jesus be your primary focus never take your eyes off of him...
His nature is powerful and righteous and his Waze cannot be controlled or explain… He is unpredictable, brilliant, patient, kind, loving, all knowing, omniscient, omnipresent… And he loves you with an everlasting love and when you have made Jesus your Lord and Savior, he will never let you go… You belong to Him... and everything he has is yours!! START WALKING IN POWER TODAY!

John 17:10
All I have is yours, and all you have is mine. And glory has come to me through them.

Matthew 22:29
“Jesus replied, “Your mistake is that you don’t know the Scriptures, and you don’t know the power of God.”

“For ever since the world was created, people have seen the earth and sky. Through everything God made, they can clearly see his invisible qualities – his eternal power, and divine nature. So, they have no excuse for not knowing God.” Romans 1:20

“The Son radiates God’s own glory and expresses the very character of God, and he sustains everything by the mighty power of his command. “Hebrews 1:3

13. Colossians 2:12 - God’s power raised Jesus from the dead

“For you were buried with Christ when you were baptized. And with him you were raised to new life because you trusted the mighty power of God, who raised Christ from the dead.” Colossians 2:12

“The message of the cross is foolish to those who are headed for destruction! But we who are being saved know it is the very power of God.” 1 Corinthians 1:18

CAN YOU HEAR GOD KNOCKING..? By Nina Keegan

GOD IS KNOCKING ON YOUR DOOR... WILL YOU ANSWER?

Can you hear God knocking on the door of your heart?

Revelation 3:20
Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with that person, and they with me.

The other day I was expecting someone to come to my house to do a repair for me.
You know how those things go.. you are given a four hour window and expected to wait at home for them to show up anytime between the hours of 12 and 4.

I rearranged my schedule so that I could be home and got busy cleaning out some closets upstairs while I was waiting. I had some music playing and did not hear the man knocking on my door.

Apparently he had been knocking for quite some time…But because the timeframe was earlier than the allotted window I was given, I was not expecting him quite so early.

To make a long story short, I ended up getting a call from the repair company and they told me that he was at my door, and I was able to finally let him in and all is well.
I felt bad that I had made him wait..I would have missed him if I would not have answered my phone. Even though I had prepared for his visit and rearranged my schedule, I may have missed it because I wasn’t clearly listening!

I thought about that for a moment, doesn’t everything bring to mind something that God would want us to know?…

How many of us get so busy in our day-to-day routines that we don’t stop and listen to God knocking on the door of our hearts?

We may be praying and waiting expectantly for God to show up and to do something, to fix something.. but when we have prayed, and when we’ve asked, do we then listen for his knocks, His promptings, his guidance, wisdom and his leading?

We must be ready to let God in...we must be ever watchful,
alert and expect God to show up at any moment. God’s ways are not our ways and his timing is not our timing… His timing is perfect because he knows things we do not yet know.

We can only see what’s right in front of us, but God can see the whole road ahead..he sees every curve, mountain, overpass, detour, and roadblock .

God will make the crooked places straight for us..he will go before us and make sure that our pathway is secure. He wants our burdens to be light in our yokes to be easy.

God doesn’t just do what we’ve prayed and what we’ve asked according to his will for our lives.. he does exceedingly abundantly more than we could ever ask or think. Eph 3:20

He doesn’t just meet the need, he exceeds the need!
The key is to keep asking and to keep thinking bigger and better things…Have a victory and breakthrough mindset..  We should live with expectancy knowing that God is eager to bless us.

What are you expecting? God wants us to get our hopes up!  One definition of hope  is “confident expectancy”
We must be ready to answer the door when God knocks with confident expectancy! We are never going to receive anything good from God if we don’t expect good things from him.. we must expect things to get better.  We must stop feeling sorry for ourselves and declaring the worst… From the abundance of our heart the mouth speaks… And the power of life and death are in our tongues… Declare life, declare blessings, declare breakthroughs, you are not going down you are going through! God promises to meet us at our level of expectancy that’s why Jesus said in Matthew 9:29
“According to your faith let it be done unto you..”
In other words we can have what our faith expects…

We should start expecting to overcome every challenge today and to be ready when God knocks on our doors with the answers we been seeking… We must seek his presence first.. and when we do seek him first and the kingdom of heaven, then God will give us all the things that we ask according to his will.
he will give us all things pertaining to life and godliness!

We should start expecting to overcome every challenge today and to be ready when God knocks on our doors with the answers we been seeking… Spend time in his presence seeking him every day.. do not miss an opportunity to be with God... be ready when he starts knocking on your door. Live every day of your life filled with the anticipation that God wants to bless you far above and beyond your wildest dreams...
Are you prepared..?

Those who wait for the Lord, who expect, look for, and hope in him, shall renew their strength
Isaiah 40:31

Luke 11:9-10
"So I say to you, ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. "For everyone who asks, receives; and he who seeks, finds; and to him who knocks, it will be opened.
Luke 12:36

"Be like men who are waiting for their master when he returns from the wedding feast, so that they may immediately open the door to him when he comes and knocks.

Matthew 7:8
"For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened.

ITS ALL ABOUT THE CROSS by Nina Keegan

THE CROSS HAS MADE A WAY...

Exodus 15:23-25 New King James Version (NKJV)
23 Now when they( The Israelites) came to Marah, they could not drink the waters of Marah, for they were bitter..Therefore the name of it was called Marah. And the people complained against Moses, saying, “What shall we drink?” So he cried out to the Lord, and the Lord showed him a TREE . When he cast it into the waters, the waters were made sweet.
There He made a statute and an ordinance for them, and there He TESTED them.
There are so many wonderful stories about the way the Lord took care of the Israelites when they were wandering in the wilderness on the way to the promised land… Over and over again, situations arose that were scary, terrifying, and life-threatening for these people. “But God always goes ahead of us, He has a plan in place and He always rescues us...He shows up when we cry out to him… When we fully trust him. When Moses cried out to God, God provided…MIRACLES HAPPENED!

God always makes a way ... The people were parched, dehydrated, and in dire need of freshwater..

God already knew that the water would be bitter..God already anticipated the need. Do you think that God was shocked or surprised that the water was bitter and unfit to drink? .. What is interesting to me, if you think about this being a desert, HOW AND WHY WAS A TREE GROWING IN THE DRY WASTELAND.?

God knew that the waters would be bitter and unsuitable to drink… But notice that there was a TREE.. Yes...A tree was somehow growing in the middle of the desert, in the middle of the dry, parched, wasteland.. God had already provided that tree… And God has already provided the tree we all need today, (JESUS ON THE CROSS, NAILED TO A TREE!)

Of course God could’ve already made that stream to be freshwater before they even approached it.
But God wants us to cry out to him in times of trouble, a fresh stream would have been expected and God would not have gotten the glory.., God wants to show us that his hand can rescue us and God wants us to take a leap of faith and to trust him and sometimes that requires action on our part… Imagine Moses’s thinking... a tree branch thrown into this water will make the whole stream fresh…? In the natural it seemed ridiculous but the illogical is what causes us to stretch our faith and faith is not always logical ..that’s why it’s called faith. Faith is always in what we cannot see! It also required faith in action, it required Moses to believe that by throwing the tree into the water, that the water would be made new and fresh… It was a process of trusting God at his word!

When we cry out to the Lord in the midst of our circumstances we can remember that he has already sent his son to die on a TREE… This tree, THE CROSS, was already there before we would ever need anything… God has already anticipated every need we have and it’s already been taken care of on that tree… When we throw the tree into our circumstances the bitterness becomes sweet… This tree would also provide well needed shade and a place to rest for these weary people…
This tree that was somehow rooted and grown in the middle of the desert was there for a time such as this..: it was there at the exact time and place that these people needed rest, shade, and freshwater to drink… God had made a way for them long before the Israelites would ever trek across the desert.

The very last line of the scripture above says that place in the desert is where God tested them… God is testing us in our times of trouble... do we run to the phone, do we worry, do we call everyone to complain, do we get angry, bitter, anxious, and fearful or do we go to the TREE and trust JESUS and trust that God has already made a way for us through Jesus’ blood shed on the cross? Have we immediately cried out to the Lord in our times of trouble knowing that he hears us and that he will surely take care of us?
1 John 5:14-1(NIV)
This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he HEARS us. And if we know that he HEARS us—whatever we ask—we know that we have what we asked of him.

What is your bitter water…? What is your need today…? Throw the tree into your situation, throw in the cross on which Jesus died and has paid the price for whatever you need.

By faith trust your need is no match for Jesus… Do what Moses did and in times of trouble and uncertainty, immediately call on the Lord your God who is mighty and powerful to save… He will supply all your needs according to his glorious riches in heaven… He gives us all things we need pertaining to life and godliness… He has already made a way, he’s eager to bless… He just wants to hear from us, he wants us to call on him in faith and to fully rely on him in every area of our lives…

Remember no matter what you need, God has provided a tree… He provided his one and only son Jesus Christ… Jesus has come to make your bitter waters sweet....

The Covenant that was made on that cross..THE TREE, is irrevocable!

GOD BLESS YOU ALL!

"The LORD is the one who goes ahead of you; He will be with you He will not fail you or forsake you. Do not fear or be dismayed." Deuteronomy 31:8
'The LORD your God who goes before you will Himself fight on your behalf...Deuteronomy 1:30
You go before me and follow me. You place your hand of blessing on my head. Psa 139:5 (NLT)
For the LORD will go before you, And the God of Israel will be your rear guard. Is 52:12
I will go before you and will level the mountains; I will break down gates of bronze and cut through bars of iron. Isa 45:2
To Him who led His people through the wilderness, For His lovingkindness is everlasting;Psa 136:16

FIND REST IN HIM by Nina Keegan

REST IN HIM!

God wants us to live a balanced life… For many of us that seems like something very hard to accomplish and achieve. It seems as though many of us are juggling so many balls in the air at the same time and wearing too many hats.. It is hard to find time to just relax, rest and be in the presence of God. Yet it is only in that place, the quiet place, where we can sit, rest, and focus on the One who has the ability to restore us, to energize us… order our steps, and redeem the time.. will we be restored.

Is your life balanced?

Solomon 1:6

They have made me a keeper of vineyards but my own vineyard I have not kept.

What are the areas in your life that have been let go, that have been unkept, because you are too busy taking care of everyone and everything else? Are you always on the go and constantly working— never taking time for yourself, never spending enough time just resting in the presence of the Lord?

The enemy comes to ware out the Saints… If he can distract us with the constant issues of life, we can get off track, exhausted, worn out… and then it’s hard to hear from God… It’s hard to be used of God. We must seek time with the Lord so that He can minister to us...so that we can be filled up, refreshed, energized and equipped and able to minister to others.

God wants us to enjoy life and not to constantly feel exhausted and overwhelmed ..that is not God’s intention. Living a balanced life will bring peace, joy, rest, and abundant health.

The person speaking in the above scripture in song of Solomon was good at taking care of everyone else— but at what expense? Does it sound familiar that the overwhelming task of taking care of family, friends, and the constant to-do list at work and at home would bring us to a place of exhaustion where we are incapable of fulfilling our purpose in Christ?

He was surely neglecting to take care of himself. Are you feeling like that today? Are you running yourself ragged and not taking any time for yourself to just sit and be with the Lord? The enemie’s plans are to eventually burn you out. We must decide to seek God first each and every day and to begin investing in ourselves… Time with Jesus! When we put Him first, He will redeem the time and give us an anointing to do all the other things on our to-do lists with ease… Remember Jesus died for our yoke to be easy and our burdens to be light..

But when we don’t take time to hand our burdens off to the Lord, how can he make light of them?

Each of us must make a decision to begin investing in ourselves so that we are fully refreshed and ready to invest and minister to others around us… We must trust the Lord to rejuvenate us and refresh us emotionally, spiritually, and physically.… When we do this we will begin to affect others positively because we will have balance in our lives. We will begin to have a new joy because that time with the Lord will strengthen us.

We must remember that apart from God we can do nothing ..but we can certainly do all things through Christ who strengthens us. Phil 4:13

When we seek him with our whole hearts we will certainly find him...Jer 29:13

The Bible says in Psalm 84:11

that the Lord bestows favor and honor, no good thing will he withhold from those whose walk is blameless.

This is an awesome promise that God wants to pour out his abundant blessings on us .. he has abundant victory and favor ready for us...and when we seek him first, he will surely give it to us! Then, we will be fortified and ready for all that the day will bring us. We must live favor minded… And we must live with expectancy, expect to hear from God, expect him to bless you, expect him to order your steps, expect him to highly favor you, expect him to give you rest, expect him to restore you, and bless you. When we stay in the word and stay in the presence of God, the more favor we will begin to see.

Begin to declare God‘s peace and victory over your life, spend time with Him, seek him, know him, and know his Word...then let God order your steps as you walk in the spirit, refreshed, and ready for all that God has in store for you.

And He said, “My presence shall go with you, and I will give you rest.

~Exodus 33:14

I lay down and slept; I awoke, for the LORD sustains me.

~Psalm 3:5

He says, “Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.” (Psalm 46:10)

declared it holy, because it was the day when He rested from all His work of creation.

~Genesis 2:3

Remember to observe the Sabbath day by keeping it holy. You have six days each week for your ordinary work, but the seventh day is a Sabbath day of rest dedicated to the Lord your God.

~Exodus 20:8-10

Be still before the LORD and wait patiently for him.

~Psalm 37:7

My soul finds rest in God alone; my salvation comes from him. He alone is my rock and my salvation; he is my fortress, I will never be shaken.

~Psalm 62:1-2

STAND IN VICTORY by Nina Keegan

STAND IN CHRIST .. HE’S GOT YOU... HE HEARS YOU!

Psalm 34:11-19
Come, my children, and listen to me, and I will teach you to fear the Lord. Does anyone want to live a life that is long and prosperous? Then keep your tongue from speaking evil and your lips from telling lies! Turn away from evil and do good. Search for peace, and work to maintain it. The eyes of the Lord watch over those who do right, his ears are open to their cries for help. But the Lord turns his face against those who do evil, he will erase their memory from the earth. The Lord hears his people when they call to him for help. He rescues
Them from all their troubles. The Lord is so close to the brokenhearted, he rescues those whose spirits are crushed. The righteous person faces many troubles but the Lord comes to rescue each time.

I love this scripture about how God will hear us,he will rescue us in times of trouble… We need to stand strong during times of adversity. We need to put on the full armor, and fight the good fight of faith!

Eph 6:13
Put on the full armor of God, so that WHEN the day of evil comes, you’ll be able to stand your ground!

My friends it’s not an “if” trouble comes ..but when..

We live in a fallen world, we all face challenges every day we live in difficult times. God doesn’t send us these storms, but it’s in these times of difficulty that we can grow in the absolute assurance of the faithfulness of the Lord.. and through tribulation... we lean in, we press into the heart of God. We become so much stronger in our walk with God. When trouble comes… We must take these opportunities to allow God’s living word to come alive in our lives… Speaking God’s words over our circumstance can see us through to victory!

We won’t get anywhere by running from everything that’s hard in our lives, we also can’t expect God to deliver us all immediately from everything that is difficult or painful. God uses these challenges in our lives to stretch our faith, to enlarge our vision, and to keep us focused on him and fully relying on him…
Apart from him we can do nothing. Sometimes it takes our weakest moments in life to fully realize that!

Many people are status quo in their walks with God until adversity hits their lives… Do you remain faithful to the Lord in your times of trouble and adversity? Or do you blame God ? We must make our minds up to serve God no matter what comes against us… We must trust him at all times, we must lean not on our own understanding, we must be anxious for nothing, we must fight the good fight of faith and remember that God does not
waste anything that we go through in life. God promises to use all things for good… All things… Not some... but all…

We are continually growing, we are continually maturing, and we are continually being prepared for promotion. We all have a purpose to be used as God’s ambassadors here on earth.

How can we feel compassion towards others if we have not felt the compassion of the Lord in our difficult times? How can we testify to the goodness of the Lord and how he is close to the brokenhearted and how he saves those who are crushed in spirit, if in fact we’ve never been crushed in spirit?
God is no respecter of persons..
What he does for one,he can do for any one of us… That’s why your testimony means so much. We are to testify as to the goodness of God, his mercy, his grace, his love, his tenderness, his deliverance, his favor, his guidance… We can all be living examples of how God can transform a life… Nothing is ever wasted… Nothing!
In due season, in God’s appointed time, he will promote you, rescue you, take you to new levels of victory, and you will get to live the peaceful, joyous life that he has promised you… Keep declaring these words, keep believing for God‘s best for your life and the lives of your loved ones… No matter what it looks like, God‘s word is true… God always watches over his word to perform it.

As like it says in the above scripture... God does watch over us ,God does listen, God does hear our cries, and God does help and he rescues us… But if you don’t know that he will do these things by reading and knowing the word, then how do you know what to declare..?
Know and understand for yourself the truth of Gods word!

Gods words bring life and victory!!!!

Psalm 35:3
Lift up your spear and javelin against those who pursue me. Let me hear you say, “I will give you victory!”

1 Cor 10-13 13 No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it.

John 16:33
33 “I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.”

Trials and Temptations
James 1
2 Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, 3 because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. 4 Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything. 5 If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you. 6 But when you ask, you must believe and not doubt, because the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind. 7 That person should not expect to receive anything from the Lord.8 Such a person is double-minded and unstable in all they do. 9 Believers in humble circumstances ought to take pride in their high position. 10 But the rich should take pride in their humiliation—since they will pass away like a wild flower.11 For the sun rises with scorching heat and withers the plant; its blossom falls and its beauty is destroyed. In the same way, the rich will fade away even while they go about their business. 12 Blessed is the one who perseveres under trial because, having stood the test, that person will receive the crown of life that the Lord has promised to those who love him.

TIME TO ENTER THE PROMISED LAND By Nina Keegan

IT IS TIME TO ENTER THE PROMISED LAND...
Go get what’s yours… Go get what God has promised you and don’t let anything stop you!
It had been 40 years of roaming the wilderness… What was to be an 11 day trip was now 40 years in the making… Generations of Israelites came and went… But the whole time God met their needs with provision… Food fell from the sky… They witnessed  the absolute brilliance of a sea part as they walked on its dry ocean floor while watching the enemies chasing them being swallowed by walls of water behind them.

After all of these miracles… When they got to the walls of promised land.. they deemed the Giants inside to be too big for our God to handle.....All except Joshua and Caleb.... they saw how big their God was!
Numbers 13:30-33 The Message (MSG)
30 Caleb interrupted, called for silence before Moses and said, “Let’s go up and take the land—now. We can do it.”

31-33 But the others said, “We can’t attack those people; they’re way stronger than we are.” They spread scary rumors among the People of Israel. They said, “We scouted out the land from one end to the other—it’s a land that swallows people whole. Everybody we saw was huge. Why, we even saw the Nephilim giants (the Anak giants come from the Nephilim). Alongside them we felt like grasshoppers. And they looked down on us as if we were grasshoppers.”

The Israelites were told for years and years of a great inheritance that God had promised to them...
Can you imagine finally walking up to the border of this great and mighty promised land and looking over at it? Can you imagine  finally laying eyes on the great provision, the beautiful homes, gorgeous bountiful trees, beautiful flowing streams, amazing ,wonderful provision of God?

Of all the spies sent out to survey the land , it was  only Joshua and Caleb who declared, “let’s go up and take it!”

But just when you’re about to open the door to your victory, just when you’re about to enter into your breakthrough, just when you’re about to step a foot across the threshold into your promised land… The voices will most assuredly come..! The army of opposition brought forth by the enemy will try to thwart God’s plans in your life...!

“YOU CAN’T  DO THAT!”...The negative on-slot of the enemies darts show up declaring that you’re too small, two weak, that the Giants on the other side are way too big… That you better turn back… That your situation is undoubtedly impossible!

MY FRIENDS..... GOD ALREADY KNEW ABOUT THE GIANTS IN THE LAND...

There is nothing that he doesn’t already know about...Do you think God would do all of the things he did to lead them to this land of inheritance just to let the whole plan fail in defeat because God would be surprised and shocked that there were giants in the land..?

GOD KNOWS WHAT HE ‘S DOING!

He wants to see your faith... he wants you to declare victory with your mouth, he wants you to see the victory through the eyes of God!  He wants you to be strong and courageous and know that the God who promised this land to you is faithful. He will give us the land and release the inheritance to us when we stand strong knowing that when God is for us who can dare be against us and when he has told us something is ours…  THEN IT IS OURS.... TAKE IT!!  We must go in full armor and take what God has said we could have!!

GOD IS ON YOUR SIDE.. DON’T BE AFRAID OF THEM..  Numbers 14:12

Do you think after all the years of God’s  promises that they would enter into the promised land that God was now going to say, “oh .. I am so sorry I didn’t know about those big Giants … I guess you better give up and turn back...?”  God does not make mistakes and his plans do not fail … But it is up to us how many years we want to spend in the wilderness for whatever reasons... deeming our Giants to be bigger than our God.

God left the giants in the land of inheritance to assure that only the people of strong faith in him would possess it… God’s promises are awaiting you.. his provision is right in front of you.. it’s ours for the taking… It’s time for breakthrough, it’s time to bind any spirit of fear and disqualification... it’s time to face the Giants and go get our inheritance, it’s time to go get back everything the enemy has stolen from us...it’s time to reach our promised land!!!

When we are about to enter in ...yes, there will be giants that will try to rise up in attempt to keep us from the great and mighty promises of God for our lives. Fear will come in like a thief in the night and there will be those convincing voices telling us to turn around… But this is the time we stand up with the word of God and declare that God‘s promises for our lives will be fulfilled and we will not back down!!!

We are to be strong and very courageous God is faithful and he watches over his word to perform it!

We are so much greater with who is in us,( God) then who is in the world…(the enemy)... If God is for us who can dare be against us? What giant in the land can come up against our amazing ,powerful, wonderful loving God..?

Let’s go up and take the land now!

Do it  afraid!!!

GOD  always goes before us and makes the crooked places straight...  The battle is a spiritual one… We are not dealing with man but principalities and wickedness and rulers in high places… But we have dominion over them because of Jesus… We are Over-comers through the blood of the lamb and the word of our testimony… And there’s no demon in hell or giant in the land that can overcome the authority we have in Jesus!!!  JESUS!!!!

It’s already yours, the promises of God still stand… The words of provision ,blessing, divine health, are all awaiting us in the promised land… Declare victory declare that the blood of Jesus stands and because of that we have the power to overcome and annihilate any giant that tries to stand in our way!!!

It’s always amazing to me that these Israelites had seen miracle after miracle... they were fed manna from the sky.. they crossed a sea on dry land and yet...
they still had a hard time trusting the hand of God to protect them, guide them ,and lead them into their full inheritance....

are you trusting God for all that he has for you..? Are you looking at JESUS... or at your giant..?

BELIEVE!!

Deuteronomy 31:8

"The LORD is the one who goes ahead of you; He will be with you He will not fail you or forsake you. Do not fear or be dismayed."

Isaiah 45:2

"I will go before you and make the rough places smooth; I will shatter the doors of bronze and cut through their iron bars.

Numbers 14:14
and they will tell it to the inhabitants of this land. They have heard that You, O LORD, are in the midst of this people, for You, O LORD, are seen eye to eye, while Your cloud stands over them; and You go before them in a pillar of cloud by day and in a pillar of fire by night.

Exodus 14:19
The angel of God, who had been going before the camp of Israel, moved and went behind them; and the pillar of cloud moved from before them and stood behind them.

BELIEVE IN MIRACLES ... by Nina Keegan

MORE SIGNS AND WONDERS...
Our lives should be naturally supernatural...Our unending faith must make room for the extravagance of God…

Acts 1:8
“But you will receive POWER when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”

And my speech and my preaching was not with enticing words of man’s wisdom, but in DEMONSTRATION of the Spirit and of POWER : That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God.
1Cor 2 :1-5

The Bible says we are to be like Jesus in the world, we are to be his image, we are to walk in power and do greater things than even he did because he went to be with his father... we have full access… Full access to his complete love, SUPERNATURAL POWER, undivided attention, and divine intercession, as we live and move and have our being in him.

The Holy Spirit... living and moving in us, making us live and move in Him...

John 15:5  Apart from him we can do nothing... but with him we have the fullness of all power to fully display demonstrations of his signs and wonders and miracles.

We are always praying for revival, but revival starts in each of us, revival is an atmosphere for Christ’s power to be evident and to be manifested. We can walk in the evidence of God‘s glory… We were never meant to be powerless because if we are to do greater things than even Jesus did and if we have the power of the Holy Spirit living in us, then why are we not walking this out..?  Why are we not seeing evidence of the miraculous every day?… Our lives should be naturally supernatural!

Through signs and wonders hell is plundered and heaven is populated. Without revival, without signs and wonders, without evidence, of God’s goodness and glory and power to transform us all… Then hell is populated.

If you are saved, if you are a born-again child of God… Then there has been signs and wonders in your life… Behold, behold, all things are made new!
Your life should be radiating evidence of God’s grace, of God’s transforming power, and of God’s ability to take something lost and broken and restore it in complete Godly transformation to something new.. there is power to wash us clean and ready us as empty vessels available to be used for the glory of God….

We want each of our lives to be a reflection of the power of God working in us.
The primary focus of our transformation of which we are all miracles in the making… Is to reveal the nature of God in us. If there is not an evidence of a new creation in the soles of Christians, then why would anyone want to be one?
The lack of miracles, signs, and wonders, causes the world to suffer ..The world is crying out for something it doesn’t even know it needs...

The endless longing, and search for something more in each of us is what God uses to draw us to himself… We are souls seeking a Heavenly Father, we are souls searching for home… We all need a personal encounter with God.. our souls hunger and thirst for it...and that encounter must include great power.…

God‘s power is transforming, we are called to be witnesses for God!
The idea of God without power is nothing less than a thief stealing the precious revelation that is just within the grasp of every man and woman and child.

When we come in the light of Jesus, we can expose sin, have words of knowledge that bring people to make a clear decision to call on Jesus. If we are not walking in power, then we are missing out on using the weapons that are available to us in the full arsenal of Jesus!

It was the power of God that caused us all to call on Jesus ..He called us all to seek transformation  and desire a new life led by the power and grace of God… This new power in our lives has exposed sin in our lives... it has brought us to a place of divine seeking and a longing to know God as our personal savior more and more… And as we seek him, we will continually find him.. and he will continually reveal to us great and mighty mysteries of his will.
The revelations we receive help us to walk in his complete power so we can live a life filled with the signs and wonders of Jesus. We can be his disciples here on earth and walk in the glory of God in all we do.

We are God’s ambassadors ..we are to release his glory into great need, physical sickness, poverty, oppression, and fear...  these things represent the impact of darkness… But darkness hates light and we can infiltrate the darkness with the light of Jesus in us. This power displaces darkness and lets Gods light and glory fall.

Where there are miracles, there’s also the glory of God which is the manifested, presence and power of JESUS!!!

Let’s walk it out on purpose, let’s be the evidence, let’s be salt and light in this world, let’s do all the things Jesus died for us to do ...!

How strong is your faith..?

We will not back down, we will fulfill the glory of God in it’s fullness, for the completeness of God’s good works, and for a continuous stream of evidence of God‘s purpose for our lives... and we will do it today!!

BELIEVE!!

Acts 2:22
"Men of Israel, listen to these words: Jesus the Nazarene, a man attested to you by God with miracles and wonders and signs which God performed through Him in your midst, just as you yourselves know--

Mark 16:20
And they went out and preached everywhere, while the Lord worked with them, and confirmed the word by the signs that followed.] [And they promptly reported all these instructions to Peter and his companions. And after that, Jesus Himself sent out through them from east to west the sacred and imperishable proclamation of eternal salvation.]

Acts 14:3

Therefore they spent a long time there speaking boldly with reliance upon the Lord, who was testifying to the word of His grace, granting that signs and wonders be done by their hands.

Hebrews 2:4

God also testifying with them, both by signs and wonders and by various miracles and by gifts of the Holy Spirit according to His own will.

Acts 2:43

Everyone kept feeling a sense of awe; and many wonders and signs were taking place through the apostles.

HAPPINESS VERSES JOY by Nina Keegan

HAPPINESS VERSES JOY.. WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE?

The word happiness brings about visions of unwrapping gifts on Christmas morning, maybe strolling through a beautiful park with someone that you love, maybe it’s being surprised by all of your friends on your birthday when you never saw it coming, maybe it’s uncontrollable laughter while watching a funny movie or vacationing in a beautiful exotic location. Perhaps ,it’s finally buying the thing you have wanted for a long time… the thing you thought would make you happy... Everyone wants to be happy; we make the search of it a national past time it would seem… Everyone’s pursuing happiness, searching endlessly for happiness,… We make it a lifelong mission to chase this elusive ideal. We spend money we don’t have, we collect things we don’t need, and we search for new and exciting ways to fill the void just to bring us temporary happiness.

This cycle will never end… It will be a constant circle of disappointment… if happiness depends on our circumstances, what happens when our toys and gadgets breakdown, when our loved ones die, when our health deteriorates,

when the money is gone, and the party is over? Happiness often can leave as fast as it got there… and despair can set in just as fast.

In contrast to happiness stands pure JOY!

Running so much deeper and stronger, Joy is the peaceful calm, quiet, confident, assurance of God’s unending love and his powerful work in our lives...It’s us matter-of-factly knowing that he will always be there for us no matter what!

Happiness depends on happenings, but joy unequivocally, wholly, and fully

depends on Christ! KNOWING CHRIST AS OUR LORD AND SAVIOR!

ALWAYS BE FULL OF JOY IN THE LORD; I SAY IT AGAIN-

REJOICE! Phil 4:4 (Paul speaking)

Paul’s letter to the Philippians was none other than a joy letter. Paul wrote to the Philippians with a personal expression of his gratitude ,love and affection for them; they had brought him great encouragement.. Paul likes to emphasize the real joy of a Christian life and how we can ALL HAVE PURE JOY! ..The concept of rejoicing or joy appear 16 times in the four chapters of Philippians and the pages radiate the positive message.. JOY .. no matter what... JOY!

Paul was a dedicated servant of Christ, probably the most powerful and amazing evangelist that ever lived. He faced excruciating poverty, abundant wealth, and everything in between; but he wrote this joyful letter even while being in prison ...that’s where he wrote Philippians which is full of JOY…

Amazing to me that a letter flowing with joy, rejoicing, gratitude and love flows from a pen of a man in prison.. We see his heart, we see that no matter what you can have joy…

Whatever the circumstances Paul had learned to be content

4:11-12

Finding real joy comes from focusing all of our energy on knowing Christ, really knowing him as your personal Lord and Savior… Having a close, personal relationship with him and understanding, and obeying his word for your life… Paul’s desire to know Christ and to become closer to him, was above all else as he expressed his words in this wonderful passage:

“Yes, everything else is worthless when compared with the infinite value of knowing Christ Jesus as my Lord. For his sake I have discarded everything else, counting it all as garbage, so that I could gain Christ and become one with him… I want to know Christ and experience the mighty power that raised him from the dead. I want to suffer with him, share in his death.”

You can just hear Paul’s passion for Jesus in the scriptures... may we all aspire to know Jesus more and more like this man did… We must rejoice like Paul and rededicate ourselves to finding lasting joy that only comes from Jesus…

The search is over to fill the void with things, the next latest and greatest will not do what only the love of Jesus can do… Let every void you’ve been trying to fill your whole life through the endless search of pursuing happiness stop right now as you look to JESUS… Jesus is the author and the finisher of your faith ...He is the only one who can change everything… He is the one who behold...makes all things new… You will become what you behold…!! WHAT ARE YOU BEHOLDING?

The secret to Paul’s Joy is grounded in his relationship with Christ and it is available to each and every one of us! We all desperately want to be happy but we’ve tossed and turned over daily successes, failures, inconveniences, delays, setbacks and pitfalls.

Christians are to be joyful in every circumstance even when things are not going as planned, because the joy of the Lord is our strength... it’s what we need to pull through… Reliance on Christ keeps our joy steadfast, it strengthens our faith as a result… It redefines love in our hearts as God’s perfect love casts out all fear and worry… Joy is the undercurrent, the byproduct of God’s perfect love flowing in us.. HE NEVER LEAVES US.. no matter what is going on... No matter what emotion is happening on the service there can be an underlining joy of knowing that Jesus will NOT leave you.. you are not alone in your trial… He is right there no matter what, so we can rejoice at all times… Again I say rejoice...

Until now you have not asked for anything in my name. Ask and you will receive, and your JOY will be complete.

John 16:24

We can become unhappy but we can’t become un-joyed!

IT CAN BE MADE COMPLETE!

If you have not have not made Jesus your Lord and Savior call on his name today and receive the joy of the Lord that is the strength in you that will change everything… Let your ENDLESS pursuit of happiness END right now and begin at the same time with one word… JESUS... Call on the name of JESUS!

God bless you all!

  You make known to me the path of life;

you will fill me with joy in your presence,

with eternal pleasures at your right hand.

Psalm 16:11

Though you have not seen him, you love him; and even though you do not see him now, you believe in him and are filled with an inexpressible and glorious joy, for you are receiving the end result of your faith, the salvation of your souls.

1 Peter 1:8-9 | NIV

 The Lord has done it this very day;

let us rejoice today and be glad.

Psalm 118:24

Though the fig tree does not bud

and there are no grapes on the vines,

though the olive crop fails

and the fields produce no food,

though there are no sheep in the pen

and no cattle in the stalls,

yet I will rejoice in the Lord,

I will be joyful in God my Savior.

Habakkuk 3:17-18

GOD WANTS YOU BACK by Nina Keegan

GOD IS CALLING YOU BACK TO HIMSELF...BE RECONCILED TO GOD.. HAS THERE BEEN A DISTANCE BETWEEN YOU AND GOD..?

Isaiah 59:2
But your iniquities have made a separation between you and your God, And your sins have hidden His face from you so that He does not hear.

Faith is something we must fight for...The Bible says the violent will take it by force… We cannot just stand around and let the enemy trample and steal what Jesus died for us to have anymore… It’s time to fight the good fight of faith! The enemy temps us with sin and iniquity… We get tricked into believing that times have changed and that what we are doing,(disobedience and sin) is really not that bad… we get wrapped up in the chains of our sinful nature and before long we have drifted so far from the Lord...we can’t hear him.. we feel alone.. afraid...distant!

Yes God forgives all of our sins when we repent and turn away from them… But if you feel distant from God, search your heart and see what God has been asking you to give up and to walk away from....

 Colossians 2 :23
DO NOT drift away from the assurance you received when you heard the good news..

Before salvation we were all once very far away from God. The Bible says in Colossians that we were once his enemies, separated from him by our evil thoughts and actions. But he RECONCILED us to himself through the death of Jesus Christ and his physical body. He brought us to himself to be his own children so we could be in his presence, made holy and blameless as we stand before him without a single fault.. all through the precious blood of Jesus.

Psalm 51:12
RESTORE to me the JOY of your salvation, and make me willing to obey you.

Does it seem like you have drifted from the joy you once had in the Lord… Are you weary in well doing and does it seem like no matter what your prayers are never answered? The enemy is constantly trying to discourage us and whisper words of failure and defeat.
We give up and we feel that God‘s not with us so we might as well live in the world… We allow sin in our lives..

But we must remember that through salvation  and the amazing gift of God’s grace; God has rescued us from the kingdom of darkness and transferred us into the kingdom of his dear Son who already purchased our freedom and forgave our sins… There is no condemnation in Christ, Christ is the visible image of the invisible God.

This Scripture on restoring our joy clearly shows that from time to time we do need to be restored to the joy we once had through the salvation of Jesus… The scripture is in the Bible for a reason… God knew it would be hard to stay the course… God knew we could drift and become   Tempted, complacent and distant… When we read the Scriptures, we realize that we are not alone, that God knew there would be times when we would suffer because of our distance from God.. We are never alone! God knew we would need to be restored to the joy of our salvation.

God has made a way and given us a word for everything we could possibly ever go through… Even a struggle to fully depend on Him!
He knows we are human and he knew every struggle we would face, it is no surprise to him that you have drifted away or that you’ve been tempted to give up... sometimes it seems it’s easier to live in the world than to fight for hope ...

We must get our hopes up!

We must encourage ourselves in the Lord… We must stir up the gifts of the Spirit.. God is teaching us to war… Nothing worth having is ever easy… But it is worth it… A relationship with Jesus Christ is absolutely worth it!!

The apostle Paul says in Colossians 2, that we should have COMPLETE CONFIDENCE and understand God’s mysterious plan which is Christ himself and in him lie hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.

God’s secret plan is “Christ lives in you!” And if he lives in you, then we never need to be distant from HIM! We will never be separated from Him again, we have the Holy Spirit in us to help us, to guide us, to comfort us ..to bring us back to that first place where we experienced the joy of our salvation. Repent! Turn back to Jesus!

Just because we feel distant from the Lord doesn’t make it so… We have to stop relying on our feelings and trust in who our creator is… and His word is truth in our lives. When God says he will never leave us or for sake us… Then we can take that to the bank and count on it no matter how we feel!

Hebrews 13:5 Amp.
Let your character [your moral essence, your inner nature] be free from the love of money [shun greed—be financially ethical], being content with what you have; for He has said, “I will never [under any circumstances] desert you [nor give you up nor leave you without support, nor will I in any degree leave you helpless], nor will I forsake or let you down or relax My hold on you[assuredly not]!”

We can pray and we can ask God to give us complete knowledge of his will and to give us spiritual wisdom and understanding... we can ask him to help us stay on track so that our lives will always honor him and be pleasing to him, and then our lives will produce every kind of good fruit so that we will always grow as we learn to know God and his character more intimately.

These are the things we must seek God for right in the middle of our “feelings” of inadequacy and our thoughts of failure and defeat ...

Feelings are not reality…

We must get a grip on our feelings… And pray through it and yes fight, fight the good fight of faith!!

Let’s be thankful for Salvation and ask God to strengthen our faith so that our lives will be forever changed regardless of the current circumstance… so that we will remain in Perpetual Peace and in joy!
“The joy of the Lord is our strength!”
Nehemiah 8:10

In your prayer time ,boldly approach God
With these requests… Make them part of your daily prayer time, make this part of your arsenal of strengthening your faith.

Ask God to help you know his will, ask God to give you spiritual wisdom and great understanding, ask him to help you live honorably and pleasing to him, ask him to deliver you from all evil, ask God to give you knowledge more and more of himself, ask God to give you strength and endurance and patience while you wait,  always ask God to fill you with joy, peace and gratitude.

We must continually believe the truths of God‘s word and stand firmly in them. We have been reconciled to God through the death of Jesus.. we must continually remind ourselves of that so that we can have the complete assuredness of who we are in him, so our lives will be holy and living examples of Christ in us ..let us continue to follow him so closely with our roots secured into the depths of who He is and let our lives to be built on this Rock, this solid foundation..Pray your faith grows so strongly in these truths that we were taught, that they will overflow in our hearts with Thanksgiving and peace
PERFECT PEACE...
Which means mature and complete, not flawless.. but we should each grow and become more and more spiritually mature. We must train like an athlete and strive not in our own strength but in the power of God’s spirit working in us.. we can learn and grow each and every day, we can be unshakable and immovable in him....motivated by love and not by fear, or pride ,knowing that God is right there and available to us through faith in our one and only Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!
God forgives, God restores!

Colossians 1:11-1(NLT)
11 We also pray that you will be strengthened with all his glorious power so you will have all the endurance and patience you need. May you be filled with joy, 12 always thanking the Father. He has enabled you to share in the inheritance that belongs to his people, who live in the light.13 For he has rescued us from the kingdom of darkness and transferred us into the Kingdom of his dear Son,

Matthew 11:12
From the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven has suffered violence, and the violent take it by force.

John 14:27
Peace is what I leave with you; it is my own peace that I give you. I do not give it as the world does. Do not be worried and upset; do not be afraid
1 John 5:14 We have courage in God's presence, because we are sure that he hears us if we ask him for anything that is according to his will.
Philippians 4:6-7 Don't worry about anything, but in all your prayers ask God for what you need, always asking him with a thankful heart. And God's peace, which is far beyond human understanding, will keep your hearts and minds safe in union with Christ Jesus.
Isaiah 26:3-4 You, Lord, give perfect peace to those who keep their purpose firm and put their trust in you. Trust in the Lord forever; he will always protect us.
Matthew 24:4
And Jesus answered and said to them, "See to it that no one misleads you.
