Get Your Joy Back.. By Nina Keegan

Does it ever seem to you like you just woke up one day and your joy was gone, it was completely missing? It was as if someone snuck in your home in the middle of the night and simply stole your joy !   No deadbolt was compromised , no alarm system was set off.. You just woke up knowing that at some point your joy had been taken from you. How could this happen?  Was it all of a sudden or was it a gradual sinking into despair that was so subtle a shift that you barely noticed it until it was to late?

John 10:10 The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.

The enemy is that despised thief in the night that robs and steals from us. He tries to mess with us and take everything good and wonderful that Jesus painstakingly suffered and died for us to have.

Did you know you have complete authority over the enemy? Through the blood of Jesus at His crucifixion, we have  power through Him which defeats all of satan's plans at the onset. No matter what the enemy tries to do to us, we will always win!  The Bible says that Jesus died for us to have a rich, full, long and happy life.  The enemy has no place in our lives, he is below us, he is under our feet.  When we feel ourselves getting down, depressed, frustrated or fearful, we must be armed and ready for battle we must know the Word so we are constantly equipped with the necessary defense!

Philippians 2:9-11 God exalted him to the highest  place  and gave him the name that is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

This scripture clearly states that at the name of Jesus every knee will bow even those from under the earth. The enemy must bow down to Jesus.. At the name of Jesus the enemy flees! The Bible says that God will make our enemies a footstool under our feet!

There are so many amazing scriptures telling us how to combat evil and rebuke any and all firey darts the enemy tries to launch our way.  No evil formed against us will ever prosper and we are much greater with HE who's in us than he who's in the world!

So how do we set about getting back those things the enemy steals from us?  How do we restore and maintain our joy?
The good news is God is in the restoration business! He will give us back double for our trouble and beauty for ashes! We can pray for God to lead us and guide us on His path, the road that leads straight to Christ is where we will find complete healing, restoration, and unspeakable joy  just waiting for us.

We can read story after story in the Bible about how God restored people that remained faithful through adversity, the story of Job for instance is an amazing example of God's pure loving kindness and faithfulness. The enemy took everything from Job, his family, his home, his wealth and even his health. All through this trial, Job praised God and never gave up. Because of his faith, God restored everything back to Job. God did not stop there, He gave Job so much more than he ever lost for the trouble and anguish he had to endure. Job let his faith be bigger than his fear and he got his joy back and was completely restored in every way!

When you feel yourself slipping into a pathway of despair, you must put on the full armor of God and prepare to do battle!

Be careful what you speak!  Speak only your desired outcome!! The power of life and death are in the tongue. If you are constantly saying you are depressed or are walking around with a defeatist attitude, that is where you will remain!
You must speak and declare what God says about you and your situation. Put a guard on your heart and your mind! Let no evil take root, let no negativity in! Stay focused on the Kingdom of Heaven from where all good things come! Learn to think like God thinks!!

God says where there is pain in the night, joy comes in the morning. He says you are the head and not the tail, you will lend and not borrow , you are above only and not beneath. He says we are to have the mind of Christ and be completely transformed in His image. God says He will fight your battles for you and you need only stand still, you will not even have to lift a finger in your own defense!! The great I AM is never to busy or on a God hiatus. He's always ready to fight for us!!  Call on Jesus!! ... Jesus!!!!!  He will never leave you or forsake you. He rescues you in times of trouble. He will honor you and deliver you from all evil. He will always cause you to triumph and you can do all things through Christ who strengthens you! With God you are always more than a conqueror!

When you are feeling down and feel your Joy and peace slipping away. Get in the  presence God and boldly confess that The Joy of The Lord is your strength. Pray continuously and trust that God can and will perfect all that concerns you! He will fight for you!!! Always.... All ways!!!

Psalm 16:11 You make known to me the path of life; you will fill me with joy in your presence, with eternal pleasures at your right hand.

Heavenly Father, I praise you today for restoring Joy unto me. Thank you for loving me and always taking care of me. Help me to stay strong, faithful and joyous always!

We Are God's Heirs

  • This past year in London England everyone watched and waited with great anticipation for Prince William and his beautiful bride and Duchess Kate Middleton to have their royal baby. When Prince George was born, England was most assured that their beloved monarchy would "Carry on"! An heir to the future throne was born. This baby had royal blood in his veins, he was born into and destined for greatness!

  • Did  you know you also are an Heir to a throne of royalty?  You have a mighty inheritance that has been promised to you! Your bloodline can be traced to the King of all kings!! We are the sons and daughters of God himself. He is our Father and He wants us to reign as kings in this life. We are is heirs. We are part of the royal bloodline passed down through the generations.  Our ancestors consist of God's highly favored and most beloved of all. Through Abraham, Iaasic, and Jacob and on down through the most influential and highly esteemed people, we were born into greatness. The Bible states that since we are the favored descendants and heirs of Abraham, the blessings bestowed upon him by our Heavenly Father are the same blessings that are ours today.

  •   The Bible has many scriptures outlining the amazing blessings God promised to Abraham, all in all the Bible lists over forty such blessings. God is still that same God and His word remains true.. It is constant and unchanging. We are to be blessed as Abraham was blessed.

  • Genesis 12:2-3

"And Abraham , I will make you a great nation, And I will bless you, And make your name great; And so you shall be a blessing; And I will bless those who bless you, And the one who curses you I will curse. And in you all the families of the earth will be blessed."

    Genesis 13:2

Abraham had become very wealthy in livestock and in silver and gold.

  • The amazing blessings God poured out on Abraham thousands of years ago are still available to us, we make up all of the families of the earth that God speaks of in that scripture. We are quite simply Abraham's descendents so we will partake in the blessings that have been irrevocably passed down to us through the generations and God will take complete pleasure in our prosperity!

  • It's pretty amazing to realize that we are the heirs of the creator of the universe. We did nothing to deserve all the riches and spoils and blessings The Lord has in store for us. He is simply our loving father, a daddy like any other that loves to bless his children!

  •   I have two sons, young adults now. They have always been so comfortable knowing that what's mine is also theirs. When they were growing up, they did not have to worry about anything. They just knew that I was providing for them and that everything was taken care of for them.  They did not ever feel like they had to earn the right to my unconditional love, my home or anything in it. They just grew up securely enough to know that I wanted them to be blessed with everything I had.
           They, being my children, just
           instinctively knew that as their
              mom,
what's mine is always also theirs.. That's exactly how our loving Father feels about every one of us.

          Romans 8:17
17 Now if we are children, then we are heirs—heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ, if indeed we share in his sufferings in order that we may also share in his glory.
  •  If we as parents want to bless our children, How much more than does our loving creator, the One who designed and intricately planned out every last detail of our lives before we were even born, want to bless us ?

The Bible says that God did not even withhold His one and only Son from us so why would He not give us everything else we need. He will supply all of our needs according to His glorious riches in Heaven.

In Heaven there is no lack, no disease, no pain, no sorrow no infirmity, or corruption. There is only joy, peace that surpasses all understanding, abundance, creativity, wisdom, divine health and I would imagine a healthy dose of laughter.

We are to pray for God's glorious will to be done on earth as it is in Heaven, this means that all of the wonderful things of Heaven are what God, OUR  FATHER, wants for us all to have and enjoy here on earth today.

    Psalm 2:7-8

I will tell of the decree: The Lord said to me,"you are my son; today I have begotten you. Ask of me, and I will make the nations your inheritance , and the ends of the earth your possession.

God is simply just a loving dad wanting the best for all of His children. We being his children, his heirs, need to reach up and adjust our crowns of faith! We need to present ourselves as highly favored children of the most high God. We need to trust our Father to always take care of us in every way, no matter how bad our situation may look.  He will never leave us nor forsake us. We can rest in His presence and trust that we are part of the divine inheritance of the greatest King of all Kings.

You are covered in the royal bloodline of Jesus and you are so loved by God that through His salvation you will ultimately inherit the eternal kingdom of Heaven just because you are His beloved child.

Decide today to start believing that the promises of God, every last one that is outlined in the Bible is true for you here and now! God never changes, His word is truth!  We can have what the Bible says we can have. God is no respector of persons. He loves us all the same. Receive that love!

Heavenly Father, thank you that you love us so much that you have made us heirs to your Kingdom of Heaven. Thank you for your salvation and  the blessings you pour out on us, your beloved children. In Jesus name we pray!

    Amen

Walk In The Light.. By Nina Keegan- Owens

Psalm 63:1-11

O God, you are my God; earnestly I seek you; my soul thirsts for you; my flesh faints for you, as in a dry and weary land where there is no water. So I have looked upon you in the sanctuary, beholding your power and glory. Because your steadfast love is better than life, my lips will praise you. So I will bless you as long as I live; in your name I will lift up my hands. My soul will be satisfied as with fat and rich food, and my mouth will praise you with joyful lips,

...These days it seems we are constantly seeking something. Often times we can't even put our finger on that one thing that pulls us and veers us off on our own personal quests. Something eludes us, but we can't say what? Do we even know? Will we ever?
We just know that there has to be more, much more than the mundane, day to day stuff. We run to win that which has already been won for us yet we continuously fail to cross the finish line to receive our shiny prize. The symbols of accomplishment and pure fulfillment  remain at large.

We want instant gratification in all we do.
Shortcuts become  our normal. We are always looking for the easy way out, we want the cliff note version of life.. We want to skip the vegetables and go straight to dessert. Yes we want a quicker and more efficient way to get from A to Z.  We think we're so smart sometimes. We make our plans and set our goals and arrogantly think that we alone can accomplish them.  Before long our enthusiasm fades and we are back on the unending cycle of emptiness and perpetual searching.

What's missing?? Why do we often feel so lonely even when we're in a room full of people. Why do we seek things we don't even want, buy things we dont really need or eat things when were not at all hungry?  We are trying to fill that enormous void; one that will not ever be filled with anything other than a sweet, rich, divine, sincere and loving relationship with Jesus Christ!

God is what's missing! He is the one and only way to pure, sweet, peaceful contentment. If you do not have that divine closeness and an unbridaled joy from knowing your personal creator, you cannot possibly ever be completely fulfilled . You will be constantly seeking and never finding. You will wander aimlessly trying to fervently fill that vastly growing void.

The endless searching for peace and fulfillment leads to so many wrong and sinful paths of destruction. Temporary crevices of random happiness  can momentarily deceive us and make us think we have found what is missing. Those instant and very brief encounters of pseudo joy are very fleeting, before long we need something else, the next big moment of joy, the next bandaid to temporarily mask the wound, and so, the search continues.

Job 33:28

He redeemed my soul from going down to the pit, and I will live to enjoy the light.

When we follow our carnal desires for instant gratification we wind up in a lowly pit of calamity and destruction.

How many marriages are destroyed by adultery?  The act itself is blatant temporary wandering that only can lead to mass self destruction.  How many people have enormous, mounting credit card debt because at the time the overspending resulted in brief periods of bliss?  There are countless other examples  of people walking aimlessly down the path of darkness searching for light. The light they search for can ONLY be found in the presence of Jesus!!

The Bible is very clear on the ramifications and consequences of not following Christ and for being disobedient. We will reap what we sow either way... good or bad.  The Word of God is true.. Blessings and curses are very real..
We get to choose which it will be for us.. Draw near to God and  leave darkness and sin behind.. Walk in the light towards salvation, peace, joy and victory!

Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded.

Jesus!!! Call on His sweet name, draw near to Him and He will draw near to you. When you make that choice and allow Him to be the cornerstone of your life, beautiful things begin to happen. He is the light of the world. He is the torch that no man can extinguish. His path is far brighter than any self made path ever could be. On God's path there is only light!

◄  1 John 1:7  ►

But if we are living in the light, as God is in the light, then we have fellowship with each other, and the blood of Jesus, his Son, cleanses us from all sin.

The Bible says to put our blinders on and not to look to the left or to the right but only straight toward Him!  The path to salvation is a well lit path.  Walking in the light of God's sweet presence can change everything, absolutely everything.

We begin to see all of our needs being met when we choose God as the one way to  joy unspeakable and unsurpassed peace. Our fears, worries, and anxieties calmly fade into the distant past .God's perfect love casts out all fear. The endless longing and searching we once had  is irrevocably replaced with an intense desire to draw closer and closer to God.  The thirst that was once insatiable is supernaturally and blissfully quenched. We feel a joy, happiness and  an abundant peace that can only come from God. His loving light surrounds us and bathes us in absolute restoration!

God's  pure light will protect you like a shield. The more closely you follow Him the brighter your light becomes.  We are the light of the world. As we begin our journey of change, others around us will notice changes that could only be the work of almighty God. The changes become so evident to those around us and they will begin to see your light shining through your circumstances. You then will become a living testimony and perfect example of how walking in God's pure light can change everything from glory to glory.  Let God's amazing grace and pure radiant light change your life today. It's yours for the asking!! Make the commitment to give your life to Christ today....
Always.. Always... Walk in the light!!!

2 Samuel 22:29

29 You are my lamp, O LORD; the LORD turns my darkness into light.

Heavenly Father, we long to follow your path and bask in your light as you remove the darkness from us. Thank you for filling us with your grace and mercy as we draw closer to you today. In Jesus name we pray..
Amen

God Will Fight For You... By Nina Keegan

God sees you right now at this very moment.. right where you are... He sees your tears and He lifts your face to Him, look up!! That's where our help comes from! Our help comes from The Lord, Creator of  Heaven and Earth!

Proverbs15:3
The eyes of the Lord are in every place.

Wherever you are today, whatever mess you find yourself in , even if it looks so very bleak and your heart is aching, God is there!! Right there! The Bible says God is close to the broken hearted.  The fact of the matter is, God knew this day was coming . He is all knowing , yes  this very moment in your life is in no way a surprise to Him. He knew exactly how and when  this life event would happen. He knows all and sees all. He knows the beginning from the end and  your situation whatever it may be is not new or too hard  for God. He can always make a way in the wilderness. Even when you are at your weakest, God is at His  supernatural strongest.

He has been preparing the way.. He already knows the outcome and has been diligently working on your behalf to raise you out of the pit of despair. The Bible says He will raise you up with  His righteous right hand. He sees your heart He knows who or what is hurting you and causing you pain. He won't stand for that, He will rescue you and see to it that every last tear is wiped away and replaced with His unspeakable joy.

Psalm 34:19

19 Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the Lord delivereth him out of them all.

As a faithful servant of God we often stand there in the storms of life clinging and hanging on as we peer into our own adversities trying to find some resemblance of our life. The winds of pain and turmoil try to threaten us and  make us doubt what we already know. We grieve ,we shake,we cry ,we move ,and somehow ...Only by looking up ,can we see through it all and straight to the amazing love and unending grace of our loving Father.  He's there unwavering in His strength and protection.. His whispers ride the wind to our deepest soul and inner thoughts and lovingly encourage us with His still small voice. His Holy Spirit comforts us, settles our minds, and calms our fears with His supernatural ability to speak to those who desire to hear from Him. the ones that diligently seek His messages with the whole of their being will hear His voice.. It's there that we can surrender it all. Yes, All!! Our heartache , our pain, our grief,  and  our suffering are fleeting and pale in  comparison to how much Jesus Himself suffered for us. What we endure through faith ,trust and confidence that the Lord can and will answer our prayers, will never be wasted. We will grow immensely in our walks with God as one more time we see how He always valiantly rescues us. We can safely unload and hand ownership of our calamity over to the only one who has the anecdote to our recovery and  the keys to our restoration. He loves you!! He will deliver you!

Every last detail even those seemingly unimportant on a scale of significance matters to God. He cares about everything that is a concern to you and He will perfect all that worries and saddens you.

God has already long been preparing for this day, this space in time. He may be allowing these trials and tribulations to manifest in your life to not only draw himself closer to you but to also raise you up triumphantly out of the valley and  to set you gently on the beautiful mountain top .  God sees what's going on and He wants better for you, He will move mountains to save you and give you back all you've lost and the time you've wasted. When He restores ... It's beyond  amazing, its pure brilliance. Let His love heal your heart and penetrate your being. Love heals all wounds.

When we are in that valley and the canyon walls seem so steep like there is absolutely no way out, you must remember that in God and with God  ALL things are possible.  He always brings us out better than we can ever imagine. He leaves us standing there in jaw dropping awe praising His name and expressing our abundant gratitude over what He delivered us from and additionally for what He restored to us  as a result.  We will come out better than we can ask or think. We cannot imagine the glorious riches He has stored up for those who's  walk is upright.  Praise Him where you are. Be thankful in the trials!!

Beauty for ashes !! The best is always yet to come. Search your heart and repent , ask God to give you clarity as you move toward the light and safety of His presence . If God is for you, who dare be against you.

Romans 8:38-39

38 For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers,39 neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

He sees all,  He fights for you!  He battles it all on your behalf. He sees those trying to hurt you and vengeance is His. He will fight for you , you will not have to lift a finger in your own defense. God  will not let you stumble and fall. He can and will put you back together, and take your brokenness and lovingly mend you  back to perfection.  Stay calm in the storm, your rescuer is coming . When you trust Him regardless of who tries to  shake you  loose from His grasp, He will just  strengthen His grip and hold you even tighter and bless you  mightily  for your trusted awareness and for living expectantly during the this most temporary  of trials.

For this reason, we will be triumphant through Him and we can whole heartedly count it all joy no matter what we are facing... To Him be the glory!!

Isaiah 43:2

When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze.

Thank you sweet Father that you are right here with us now carrying us through the trial. We praise you in advance for our victories! No weapon formed against us will ever prosper in Jesus name!!!

Amen

Give It All To God... By Nina Keegan-Owens

James1:2-5
My brothers and sisters, think of the various tests you encounter as occasions for joy. After all, you know that the testing of your faith produces endurance. Let this endurance complete its work so that you may be fully mature, complete, and lacking in nothing. But anyone who needs wisdom should ask God, whose very nature is to give to everyone without a second thought, without keeping score. Wisdom will certainly be given to those who ask.

Sometimes we go through some pretty tough times in our lives. It often seems like things can all change in a blink of an eye and you wonder how you got to this place. You look back on your circumstances as a trail of mishaps and insecurities, doubts, and mistakes. Sometimes we drag so much around with us that it's hard to see the past from the present. We anchor ourselves in an odd misery loves company way that halts us from moving forward and living a blessed life. Things become very skewed and we are at an absolute loss as to how to "fix it". We want so much to get it all right, to do the right thing and to put everything in a neatly organized box with a clearly marked label.

We want answers to things we may never know. We want the complete instruction guide and easy step by step  manifesto to get us back on track. We agonize over what to do next. We become so entrenched in our problems that we fail to see what God has put before us every day. The enemy loves distracting us and making us fear things. When we are focused on our problems, we lose focus of God. We get so down, things spin so rapidly out of control and we become unrecognizable. Sometimes it's just to painful to look in the mirror and face ourselves. It is almost like our reflection will show us things to tough to handle right now. Sometimes we just don't want to face what God is trying to show us.

We think we are so smart and that we can go it alone. We agonize over our fears and let them take root. We must remember that fear is just false evidence appearing real. We pull the old baggage out and let it echo to us one more time. We almost feel deserving of the old reminders of failures and guilt. They are part of us and perhaps it is scarey to really become all that we are meant to be. Can we really ever be free? The old record playing in the  backgroud of our mind is a part of us. could we possibly be made whole? Could we change those things that appear to have carved out trenches in our souls and are at the very essence of who we are? Is it too late? Never.. God is in control...

  Romans 12:2
Don’t be conformed to the patterns of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind so that you can figure out what God’s will is—what is good and pleasing and mature.
Renewing of our minds.... Doesn't that sound amazingly brilliant ?

I know that we need to remind ourselves to give it all to God. He can make a way for us even when we are staring blankly in the wake of adversity! God is ABLE to take your mess and turn it in to the most inspiring message. God can use the hardest and most taxingly stressful test and turn it into your testimony.

We often fail in our own attempts because we are operating in the flesh. We are settling for a life that is deeply rooted in pain instead of letting God take over. It is so hard for us ... but what ever it is you are going through it is NOT to hard for God.  We must remind ourselves daily that He loves us so much.  When we hurt, He hurts. He sent His only child, His one and only son to be brutally beat, whipped and nailed to a cross for us. He did that because He first loved us, not because of anything we did, quite simply ...He LOVES us. He loves us with an everlasting love. He took all of our messes and sadness, our illnesses, our hurting relationships, our finances, our grief, our pain, our sins, our greed, our fears and nailed them to the cross with His Son Jesus Christ and let everything, every last thing be covered in the Blood of His dying Son Jesus Christ.

Lamentations 3:21-22

21     Yet hope returns when I remember this one thing:

22 The Lord's unfailing love and mercy still continue,

Through the blood of Jesus shed on the cross, we have hope! We have a future!
We have restoration and healing, we can see our promises fulfilled, our relationships restored, our finances increased, our tears, worries, fears anxieties and pain can be washed away. Our old insecurities can be disolved and replaced with pure joy!  We must let go and let God, we must not let things get to far without giving Him a chance. Praise Him in the valleys for what He can and will do in your life. God's timing is perfect so give time time. Do not be so quick to give up, that is like saying you do not trust what God can do.  Speak life over every situation in your life. Remember that all things work together for the good for those who love God.

Isaiah 40:31

31     but those who hope in The Lord
    will renew their strength;
    they will fly up on wings like eagles;
    they will run and not be tired;
they will walk and not be weary.

Just when you feel like you cannot go on, like you have cried your last tear, like there is absolutely no way out; that's when God shows up in all His glory with legions of heavenly angels to fight for you. His miracles spring forth so we know it was through Him and His grace that our prayers are answered. Give it all to Him, get out of your own way, cry out to The Lord because He can do what man can't do!  His promises never fail and He, yes He still answers our prayers! When you don't even have a prayer left to pray.. Pray the way Jesus taught us to pray... The Lord's Prayer..

Our Father, who art in heaven,
hallowed be thy name.
Thy Kingdom come,
thy will be done,
on earth as it is in heaven
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.
For thine is the kingdom, the power and the glory. for ever and ever Amen

Heavenly Father I cry out to you now, I know you hear my prayers and you love me..I need you to show up , I need a miracle.. you know where I am right now I ask you to forgive me as I give it all to you today. I trust your word to perfect all that concerns me today. I praise you sweet Lord!
In Jesus name

God Will Never Leave You ..by Nina Keegan Owens

1 Peter 5:7
Give ALL your worries to Him, because He cares for you.

God is with you, All Ways.... Always !!!!

How many of you remember those old commercials about Maytag repair man?

For you young ones out there, the commercials were for the Maytag appliance company. The concept showed a sweet, elderly, gentleman in a Maytag repairman uniform. He was always eagerly waiting in a lonely office for the phone to ring so he could go "repair" something, but the appliances were apparently so well made that his services were never needed. He sat alone day in and day out, his precious time being wasted. You could not help but love the sweet Maytag repairman, but you also felt very sad for him. He was a man without a purpose.

I sometimes picture God that way, I can't help but feel sorry for Him at times. I think we often times neglect Him and try to go it alone. We forget that He is always right here waiting to help us, all we have to do is ask. Yet why does it seem that we only turn to Him in a crisis or when we are in panic mode? He wants to be part of our everyday lives. The Bible says He will never leave us nor forsake us, this means He is always with us, ALWAYS!
But how many of us actually live our lives in such a way as to reflect the constant presence of God?

(Deuteronomy 31:6)
Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you wherever you go; He will NEVER leave you nor forsake you.”

Can you even comprehend what this scripture means? Do you actually realize that the Lord of the entire universe is constantly with you?
When you really stop to meditate on and grasp this amazing concept, its truth is mind boggling!

God is everything to everyone. He is all we will ever need. He is right here beside each and every one of us every minute and every precious second of every day!

When you begin to actually understand this principle, the doors of your mind begin to open one by one thinking of all the great, mighty and amazingly wonderful things God is and all that He can and will do for us simply because He loves us. All we have to do is ask. The Bible says to keep on asking, to go boldly to the throne and seek God in ALL things. The scriptures tell us to fervently pray about everything, big and small! He is sitting right there, waiting to be needed, waiting for you to call His name and invite Him into your everyday life.

Some people have this misconception that God should not be bothered with all the little mundane things and that He has much bigger issues and "real"problems to solve. This could not be further from the truth. God does not have to leave the prayers and the severity of a situation of one person to come help you, remember, He is ALWAYS with you. He is omniscient. He is all things, to all people, all the time. The scriptures tell us that God is even concerned about the birds of the air, He takes care of them and feeds them. How much more then does He care for us, His children?

God is not a pushy God, He will never try to pry His way into our lives. We must through faith and salvation have a realization of our constant need of Him and seek Him diligently. We must die to our old, selfish, I can do it myself, ways and trust our lives in their entirety to our loving God! When we do this and resign to the fact that we can do nothing without Him, we will see the most amazing changes in our lives. We will be able to do and accomplish things we never dreamed of. Doors will be opened, dreams will be realized, peace will surround us and we will walk in the favor and blessings of God that surpass all understanding. What are you waiting for? Romans 11:36
For of Him, and through Him, and to Him, are ALL things: to whom be glory for ever. Amen.

God is ever present .. He is everything! He is our comforter when we are sad, a mighty counselor when we need discernment and a healthy dose of wisdom. He is the God of peace when we are stressed, anxious and fearful. He is the healer of our mind, body and soul. He is our great physician. He is a shoulder to cry on and He shares in all of our greatest joys. He causes us to be triumphant by being our edifier, and our great encourager. He is our strength when we are weak. He's our shelter, our shield, our fortress and our strong tower protecting us from all harm. He is our rescuer, our deliverer, our mighty Lord and our personal savior. He is our life coach, our marriage counselor, and a teacher for our children.
He is our guide and the finest architect of the best laid plans for our lives. He finds us when we are lost. He forgives us when we sin against Him. God is always right there ready to dole out the unending blessings, and the amazing grace we need to get through the trials of every day. He cares about each and every little thing. If it matters to you, it matters to God! If that is all not brilliant enough, He also commands His Legions of heavenly angels to take charge over us.They constantly camp out around us, guarding us in all of our ways,( Psalm 91). We are never alone! Never!

Proverbs 3:6
In ALL your ways acknowledge Him,
And He shall direct your paths.

All means all, not some, not a select few not just what you deem important enough to let God be in charge of, but in ALL our ways, in everything we think, do and say, we must acknowledge Him! We mustn't leave God sitting all alone waiting for our phone call. Let Him lead you. He knows the best way, His way is the only way. He knows what we need when and how we need it. He is the universe's greatest repairman, the difference is, unlike Maytag appliances we are in constant need of repair, we will never not need God. We need to train ourselves to fully rely on God for ALL things. We need to praise him with grateful hearts for all He tirelessly and lovingly does for us all. We are nothing without Him! He can make anyone great and strong. We can do ALL things through Christ who strengthens us!

Chronicles 29:11-12
You are great and powerful, glorious, splendid, and majestic. Everything in heaven and earth is yours, and you are king, supreme ruler over all.
All riches and wealth come from you; you rule everything by your strength and power; and you are able to make anyone great and strong.

Thank You Father that you are always with me, holding my hand through life and carrying me when I'm to tired to do it alone. I only need to say your name and you, the God of the universe is all I will ever need! I praise you my sweet Father and thank you for absolutely everything!
In Jesus name ...Amen!!

Isaiah 43:2-3

When you pass through the waters,
I will be with you;
and when you pass through the rivers,
they will not sweep over you.
When you walk through the fire,
you will not be burned;
the flames will not set you ablaze.
For I am the Lord your God,
the Holy One of Israel, your Savior.
