Not everything is an attack of the enemy...
After working in ministry for many, many years, one of the things I hear people saying very, very often is, “Im being attacked..
“This is an attack of the enemy!”
We have to stop giving the devil credit for everything !
I even recently heard a young woman say that “I plugged my phone in all night long and I woke up and it was not charged… The devil just keeps messing with me!”
That’s not the devil.. that’s a bad phone charger!
On this side of heaven it seems that we can make the enemy out to be a pretty big deal... and I am certainly not discounting his plots and plans… He does prowl around seeking whom he can destroy…we must guard our hearts, that is for certain!.. But...
When we magnify our God and fully comprehend that he is well able to brilliantly handle any and all darts the enemy launches our way, with ONE WORD OF GOD at just the mentioning of the name of JESUS , the enemy has to flee!
IT IS WRITTEN!
It’s already finished… The enemy has already been defeated, so we must look at the enemy through this lens… through the lens of heaven… And what things actually look like from God’s viewpoint... What could the enemy possibly do to us..?
WE MUST REMEMBER, the enemy is the father of lies!!!
We have to stop believing these lies, he is not omniscient, he’s not omnipresent, he doesn’t see all and know all like our loving Father does… we have the Holy Spirit living in us ! HE IS EVER PRESENT HELP IN TIMES OF TROUBLE!
The devil only knows what we say, he only knows what we declare, he only can mess with what comes out of our mouths and what we declare about ourselves and our situations… By speaking negatively and declaring these things over our own lives, we are essentially giving him a foothold… An opportunity… to take what we have said and run with it!
God has ALREADY equipped us with all that we need to stand strong against it all, and we have the power to resist him at the onset… Then, why do we even worry at all ? The enemy is vastly more afraid of you and the Word of God that comes out of your mouth than you are of him ...
We give him way too much focus and presence in our lives… But I believe when we are actually in Heaven with our loving Father and look back, we will say,” Is that all he is… That’s who we let mess with our lives all the time?”
We will see that he is absolutely nothing… Just a squeaking, murmuring voice that we have the choice to believe or not!
Everything we need is already ours, bought and paid for by the blood of Jesus Christ… Your healing, provision, restoration, and salvation, have already been nailed to the cross… Done! Bought and paid for!
Let’s spend more time believing what God has said and what Jesus has ALREADY done for us and all that that means for us instead of believing the enemies lies… Either way, you have to have faith in one direction or the other… Let’s choose faith over fear!
Fear is nothing more than false evidence appearing real!!!
Lies!
God is so so much bigger and he cares about the things that we care about.
We have complete authority and we have complete peace that only comes from God… We are to walk in that peace knowing that God will never leave us or for sake us… NEVER!!
So in this world where apparently it seems that everyone gets a trophy when they have not always earned it… Let’s stop handing out trophies to the devil and giving him credit for things he hasn’t
done... !
Instead let’s glorify God for the things he has done!!!!
God’s love is perfect, powerful, sustaining, redeeming, vindicating, peaceful, and God loves you more than you could ever comprehend!!
Exodus 23:22
If you listen carefully to all that he says I will be an enemy to your enemies oppose I will oppose those that oppose you

ENCOURAGE YOURSELF IN THE LORD!
It’s time to get a new “self sermon” it’s time to preach to ourselves like David did…” oh my soul, why are you downcast?”
If there’s one thing I know about David , it is that he would have the smallest of pity parties but then he would turn things around right away and encourage himself in the Lord… This is what the Bible means when it tells us to renew our mind and to resist the enemy at the onset.
“A happy heart makes the face cheerful, but heartache crushes the spirit.” (Proverbs 15:13)
What sermon are you preaching to yourself? This sermon will deem the course of your life!
As the mind thinks the man follows! It’s time we stop living according to our situations and start living by revelation…

We must have a revelation of who is in the fire with us… You plus Jesus is the majority.. it’s time l to start finishing the Devil‘s sermons with God sermons of grace… Grace is always greater than any failure, Grace is always greater than anything you need… Breakthrough, healing, restoration, provision? Let’s start preaching the revelation that Jesus already died for all that we will ever need…
And it is already ours because we are the righteousness of God in Christ!!!
The Bible tells us to let what we think on and what we say be pleasing and acceptable to the Lord… Can you imagine if God heard some of the sermons that we preach to ourselves? The sermons of not being good enough, it’s too late, we’ve done too much wrong, I will never amount to anything, nothing ever goes right for me, and the list goes on and on!!!
Many of us sound like a broken record… That is our continuous loop and what we feed ourselves daily through our own negative self declarations!
It’s time to break that record and to sing a new song… It’s time to get a new sermon it’s time to encourage yourself and be the coach of your own soul!
How would you handle someone else that spoke to you the way you speak to yourself? Sometimes we can be our own worst enemies and our own bullies!

Let’s start changing our silent sermons, let’s focus on almighty God, let’s focus on what he has already done for us through the blood of his son Jesus.. let’s start our sermons with the SOURCE and not with self…
God is our source of all things… Begin to praise him and thank him .. a thankful heart is the key to overflowing joy, it’s time to start praying God‘s will be done today on earth as it is in heaven… If your situation doesn’t look like

YOU CAN HAVE WHAT YOU SAY!
Did you know that you can have what you say?
We all know the story of the woman with the issue of the blood… This infirmity crippled her life for many, many years but when she touched the garment of Jesus; she received exactly what she said.
For she said, “If I may touch but his clothes, I shall be made whole.” Mark 25:8

Mark 11:23-24
For verily I say into you, that whosoever shall say unto this mountain, be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea, and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he said shall come to pass, he shall have whatsoever he says...
24) therefore I say unto you, what things so ever you desire when you pray, believe that you receive them and you shall have them.
“HE SHALL HAVE WHATSOEVER HE SAITH!”
I believe that this is true either way… We shall have what we say whether it’s good or whether it’s bad… We must speak life.
In Numbers 13 concerning the children of Israel, they sent 12 spies into Canaan.

Ten of the spies brought back an evil report from the promised land and two of them brought back a good report.
What is an evil report? It is a report steeped in doubt and fear, negativity and lack.
What is a good report? It is a report filled with faith, confidence, hope and reassurance.
The 10 of them agreed that the land was definitely flowing with milk and honey and it was definitely a promise land and they even brought back with them giant clusters of grapes and pomegranates to help establish their report.

“BUT”
Here comes the but, they also brought back a warning that there were giants in the land; that they felt too small and insignificant to be able to fight them… In their own site, they were as grasshoppers in comparison to the giants in the land....
God sent them there already knowing about the Giants..
God was not afraid of the Giants and God was not surprised by them… But God wanted them to look through their eyes of faith and look to the source… The one who brought them there would bring them through... the one who promised them would fulfill his promise… How many of us stop short of the promised land because of a “but”?
They had already talked themselves out of it by saying, “we cannot do it, we cannot take this land”… The problem is that all of Israel also excepted this report… How many of us believe the report of man instead of trusting that the reply of the tongue shall always come from the Lord and that he has the final say in all things… He’s the one who gives us the desires of our hearts… So when we trust him, he will make a way to see us through to victory. We have to stop walking in unbelief knowing that God will never leave us or for sake us...then, what do we have to lose?… We are never alone, He is always with us!
Doubt is just believing in the wrong thing, it’s having faith in the wrong thing... it’s feeding your fear and not your faith. You always get and have in your life what you believe for and what you say!

If you say something repeatedly and for long enough.. those words will eventually register and become your anthem… They will end up controlling your life…
A lie only becomes truth when you believe it long enough..
Those 10 spies got exactly what they declared... not one of them were able to enter the promised land and they remained in the wilderness until they died… What they said came to pass! Things were very different for Joshua and Caleb.
They said,” let us go up at once and possess it for we are well able to overcome it!” Num 13:30

Joshua said, “fear not because the Lord is with us…” Once again if the Lord will never leave us or for sake us...what should we ever fear?… We can put our GOD against any giant in the Land and watch the enemy get trampled!
Never once did Joshua and Caleb ever deny that there were giants in the land but they confessed, our God is well able to deliver them into our hands. Stop saying you can’t! Stop declaring negativity and lack over everything you need..
Remember you can have what you say..we must have a quick confession of faith and not doubt… It wasn’t the giants in the land of Canaan who defeated the 10 spies…
They were the ones that defeated themselves!
It was the wrong thinking, wrong believing, and wrong speaking that defeated them!
If you’re feeling defeated right now, it’s not always the devil.. many times it is what you have declared, thought and believed about yourself and your situation… We need to speak victory over our situations as Joshua and Caleb did and declare that our God is well able!
Stop preparing for failure

And get a vision of the Almighty God fighting your battles for you… Open your mouth and speak victory.. declare the outcome that you desire and that it is already finished by the power of the blood of Christ!
God already knows the end from the beginning.. he just wants you to agree with him and his word and that he is the God of all things possible and he never lets the righteous fall!…

MAGNIFY GOD by Nina Keegan
WE PRAISE YOU LORD!
It’s time to magnify God above all… It’s time to get a new vision!!
Romans 1:21
For although they knew God, they neither glorified him as God nor gave thanks to him, but their thinking became futile (imagining the worst) vain imaginations... and their foolish hearts were darkened.
Reading today in Romans and understanding this gave me pause...
Even though the Israelites knew God and literally saw miracles happening around them all the time; this verse says that they did not glorify him, they never thanked him… They became vain in their imaginations whereby they always thought the worst and imagined the worst, they complained and grumbled and because of all these things they became foolish and their hearts were darkened…
By doing these things they diminished the hand of God and stopped his impartation of blessings to flow in their lives…
So I began to think... if we want God to fully operate in our lives and if we want to walk in the ultimate impartation of the blessings that he has for us, then we better do the opposite of what this verse says!!!
We better give God glory and exalt Him above all things… We need to give God continuous, heartfelt, loving, praise and believe His word over the word of man… We must be grateful and thankful and rehearse all of the victories and all of the things that God has done for us over and over again... let’s give him praise and glorify him in all ABOVE ALL ELSE!
We must use our imaginations in a positive way, seeing ourselves victorious in Christ.. we must see ourselves walking in a divine purpose that God has for us ...see the victory coming to pass ...see our families thriving, see our marriages restored.. see our businesses and finances abundantly flourishing.. see that the answers are yes and amen concerning all things pertaining to God‘s will in our lives! We must first see our loved ones saved… we must first see our bodies totally healed...
God already knows the end from the beginning and he already perceives the good plan he has for us… Let’s get our thinking in line with his; let’s not incessantly think the worst and envision the negative… Let’s do the extreme opposite and get a vision for divine victory concerning every and all the “yet unfinished” in our lives... let’s praise God in all things... let’s give him glory and magnify him.. he deserves to be exalted above every negative report, he deserves to be exalted above every word of man… Let God be truth and every man a liar… It doesn’t matter what man says… The reply of the tongue shall come from God… He will have the final say… We just need to get in agreement with what the Bible says we can have… It’s time to start speaking victory, it’s time to start visualizing the best outcome not the worst, it’s time to start understanding and knowing that God is not bound by anything on earth… His ways are so much higher than our ways and there’s nothing impossible for him! NOTHING!
Psalm 84:11
11 For the Lord God is a sun and shield: the Lord will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly.
No more vain, negative imaginations..
The Hebrew translation for imagination is conception… It’s time to start imagining the beginning of big things… Seeing the victory… Meditating on a plan that comes straight from the throne room of God… When we think on the things of God, then we will begin to see those things come to pass!!
When we give him praise and glory; his blessings will continue flowing through us unhindered!
It’s time to get your hopes up again, stop limiting God and stop grieving him with your complaints! God is eager to bless you!!!! See it!!! Then go get it!!!
Romans 12 :2… And do not be conformed to this world but be transformed by the renewing of your mind so that you may prove what is the good, acceptable and the perfect will of God.
I encourage you to start where you are, start changing your thinking and find your new identity in the Lord.. see yourself breaking free from your negative mindset... get a positive imagination and conceive good things… Glorify God..give him praise and thanks for what is already unfolding and watch your victory come to pass!!!

Philippians 4:8, "Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable--if anything is excellent or praiseworthy--think about such things."
