GOT FAITH? By Nina Keegan

WHAT DOES FAITH IN THE LORD REALLY MEAN?

Faith is not like a Spicket that can be turned on and off at convenient times.. God is not someone that stands in the corner  waiting silently for us to only call on him when we're in trouble ....
we must always and continuously seek him so when the trials do come (and they most assuredly will)
we are prepared for the battle!
We do not have to shrink back in fear.. IF WE FEAR GOD WE NEED NOT FEAR ANYTHING ELSE..

Does faith  mean that we only trust God and all of his goodness when everything seems to be going smoothly, when we don't seem to have a care in the world..?But when the bottom falls out of our status quo lives we morph into a panic stricken mess of anxiety and fear...is this what we call faith?
because ....it seems to me that the minute the going gets tough; the minute the trials happen.. our faith becomes shaken and diminished and that's when it should be the strongest!

The Bible says we will not be shaken, we will not fear bad news... this is when our faith should be put into its purposeful action ..this is not the time to run, to fear,  its time to speak the Word and go boldly through unwavering faith straight to The Lord and declare HIS GLORIOUS PROMISES OVER OUR SITUATIONS!

"GOD'S POWER IS NOT DIMINISHED BY A CERTAIN TURN OF EVENTS OR A CERTAIN SET OF CIRCUMSTANCES!"

THIS IS THE TIME WILL WE NEED TO PUT OUR FAITH INTO ACTION.. NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT GOD'S KNOWLEDGE AND PERMISSION... WHEN WE FEEL LIKE RUNNING AWAY WE NEED TO RUN STRAIGHT TO GOD!
INSTEAD OF PICKING UP THE BAD NEWS AND LET IT RENDER IN OUR HEARTS AND IN OUR MINDS WE MUST LOOK TO GOD BECAUSE HE WILL RESTORE JUSTICE AND GOODNESS IN HIS PERFECT TIME!

God doesn't always hide us and shield his believers from difficult circumstances, many times he uses these very situations to stretch our faith

The Bible says that what the enemy has meant for our harm, God will use for our good..

God allows tests for a purpose.. THEY ARE A CALL TO TRUST GOD FAITHFULLY .. Trials can become in us either a refining fire or a they can become an incinerator of distraction and despair. The choice is solely up to us!

 we can't ignore these challenges that come our way we must learn to use our faith in God.. We must grow up in our faith... become stronger in our hope as we steadfastly seek him and him alone for the support, for the restoration and for the complete redemption and abundant victory!

God cares for those in need he's closest to the brokenhearted, he longs to give us his beauty for ashes, he wants to protect the downtrodden and he will confront their oppressors...

Let's identify with God's attitude.. let's identify with his character of brilliant faithfulness.. he will rescue us...he has seen the violence done to the helpless.. he has heard the groans of the poor and they will not go unnoticed!!!

We are more than conquerors in Christ and he always causes us to be victorious!

God sees the evil deeds... he takes note of them all!  He listens to our cries.. we do not have to face the wicked alone... God is by our side and he is always with us ..he is our guiding light and loving influence.. The battle is never ours but his and it's already been WON on the cross!

 The abundant way to live our life is by continually basking in God's presence ..welcome him into your mess..  We must invite him into our situations by humbling ourselves, laying down our pride... let God make us aware of our true selves and who we are in Him!!!

Let this trial you are in serve a purpose as you bring glory to God through your testimony as to his upmost faithfulness as you trust him to lead you brilliantly through it all.. !! Amen!

Psalm 11:4-7
4 The Lord is in his holy temple;
    the Lord is on his heavenly throne.
He observes everyone on earth;
    his eyes examine them.
5 The Lord examines the righteous,
    but the wicked, those who love violence,
    he hates with a passion.
6 On the wicked he will rain
    fiery coals and burning sulfur;
    a scorching wind will be their lot.
7 For the Lord is righteous,
    he loves justice;
    the upright will see his face.
